So basically taking whey protein with Water and Milk is fine. The only thing to remember is that the amount of time between the whey protein intake and the next meal. If the next meal is more than 3 hours away then take it with milk else take it with water. In my case I am still going to take it with water since I take whey protein at 7 30PM and have dinner at 9 30PM
Summary : 1. Whey + Water = Faster absorption, but if again no protein is supplied, the body may enters to it's catabolic phase, that cause muscle-loss in body. So, it's beneficial to GYM Geeks or who can manage to have a protein rich meal in every 3-4 hours. 2. Whey + Milk = Form a gel like structure in stomach that helps to supply amino acid for a longer period of time, helps to prevent catabolic phase of body. So, it's beneficial to the Office goers, or who can't have a protein rich meal in every 3-4 hours.
Unless someone is fasting the previous day, only in that case body will go in catabolic state, else the protein rich food we ate yesterday will keep on getting digested(takes almost 24-48 hours for food to digest and get transferred into blood) and will give a consistent release of aminos

Dude you are the best, I drank Abzorb whey isolate with Milk and it was delicious. With water it used to taste like shit. And i am a semi pro athlete will update about my gains. Jai hind
One thing to keep in mind is that if we mix whey protein in boiling milk then instead of mixing the milk will go bad and paneer and water content will seperate so always mix whey in normal, cold or luke warm milk only.

Well I do both , Since I take 2scoops daily...one after workout and half scoop during morning with milk and another half again with milk at night and I guess it's working out🙂.
@@Kulbir1024 Obviously in cold milk I have caramel flavoured myprotein and if you add one sachet coffee powder and one small spoon honey , the taste is just unbelievable. Sometimes I take 2 scoops or even 3 if I am not able to fullfill my protein intake.

As I usually take a heavy breakfast one hour after workout (curd, chapati, eggs) I take whey with water (at gym only it saves lot of time as I don't have to wait at home for breakfast this way) it doesn't make me feel full so I can easily finish my breakfast.
