I think that's not a good idea, working out on empty stomach. We might feel nauseous, as we need energy for workout. This happen when we go to the gym early morning. But we should eat something before workout, which won't make us feel bloated and will provide energy during workout.
Empty stomach (catabolic state) is not a good way to start working out, causes nausea. Feed 2 hours prior to work out and always work out for a time frame of 1hr or 1hr 30minutes window. Keeping hydrated is equally important

Veg protein has only 15% protein conversion to amino acids irrespective of amount of protein one consume . Whey protein has only 20 % protein conversion to amino acids . Basically amino acids have lot of functions besides building muscles . So it’s all about priorities of your body how amino acids used in the body .

Hello sir i have question, In evening after gym session i take whey protein 1 scoop with water and creatine at 7:00pm after that i take meal at 8:00pm which have almost 30gm of protein, is it ok to have 1 hour gap for absorption.
