Every once in a while I'll come back to this. Why? Because it's damn incredible. Pure outrun, hilarious idea to cover this fantastic song from a fantastic game into synthwave, but also have the lyrics in japanese to feel like a city pop song straight from the 80s. Mitch is a legend.

In Deus Ex Human Revolution, one could hear the soundtrack from the original game playing on the radio in one mission. It didn't ruin anything, it was cool in some way, a nod to the first game.
This playing in just some radio, in one room, could be a funny nod to the community. It would not ruin the game.
Sure I don't know if it will fit the esthetic CDPR are going for, but this remix sure feels sarcastically futuristic.
Actually Witcher 3 already has an easter egg about Ciri visiting the world of CyberPunk 2077, so in that sense it would actually be perfect. I can't really see how it would ruin either game excpet being too awesome.

I love Geralt's reaction at 0:33, like 'welp, this is gonna be interesting.' Probably wasn't expecting the psychedelic colours, the singer singing in a language that doesn't exist in his universe or her being accompanied by instruments that are only gonna be invented several centuries down the line.

dude, your work is amazing. i wish you'd do more game osts remixes/rearrangements or whatever it's called. like some morrowind tracks (much love balmora vice, neon vivec and dagothwave), vista point from gothic 3, skeleton of the town from icewind dale 2, nier automata tracks with amazing vocals or og starcraft terran themes.
