Awesome to see progress. I originally started watching the channel for car content, but I work in the remodeling industry and am also working on my personal home bathroom. Hell of a good job!
Enjoyed this video series of the remodel. Turned out great! Tools are a cost but benefit to speed up work. There also an investment towards use with future projects!
Awesome video as always Kordare. The new rooms really bring the whole living space together and make look awesome. Are you going to include the laundry room, second bathroom, linen closet and second bedroom in the plans on your website for sale?
Thanks a lot! They aren't included since those are the original plans used to build the house. I don't have a great way to update them but at least these videos can show exactly what can be done with the remaining space.
Looks awesome man, it came out great! Next up - after winter unless you're quick about it - a deck outside of the sliding glass doors along with a hot tub 👊😎
Well done! the place came a long way throughout the last couple years. You got a ton out of $6k... 2 rooms, a closet, flooring, trims, pluming, some electrical plus knowledge and tools for future use 😂
I think it would be cool to replace the sheet metal wall with a stone veneer The wall with the patio door could be sheetrocked and painted. What can I say I'm a big fan of the rustic look or the wine cellar brick wall look.
The result is great. It looks like a professionnal job. But I tbink there are too much doors, too closed in the dorway. But you did a great job, very clean.
It looks really good and it came out very professional
Thanks a lot!
@@Kordare you’re welcome
I was looking through my subscriptions the other day and was wondering how this was coming. Looks great from the thumbnail. Look forward to the watch.

You should put a closet pole at the top of the hall closet to store winter gear, and other clothes.

Great job! I appreciate the quality of your projects including the video quality.
Thank you 🙌

Thanks! Yes, I've been debating a deck vs. Concrete patio since it's almost ground level 🤔

You've got an eye for detail. I just did drywall finishing for the first time recently too. Yours looks cleaner lol. Nice work!
Haha I feel like I don't wanna do it again for a long time..... Thanks!
Congrats on the final touches, turned out really impressive. Will you be adding more to your loft entertainment space ?
Thanks! No current plans but maybe some type of game? Ping pong, pool??
Nice
Turned out great! Looks like you had fun learning some new skills.
Is your upstairs room next?
Thanks, that's the plan!
Looks awesome as always with your quality of work. What is your plans for the up stairs and when are you think about doing that?
Thanks! Upstairs will be a full master suite with bathroom and walk in closet. Likely this coming winter if I feel up to it 😅

I'd love to see you start chipping away at the upstairs next.
That's the plan 🤘
If you put some edge banding on those shelves it would really clean up the look.
good suggestion!

@@Kordare thanks for answering so fast. I subscribe to your channel.
Appreciate it!
Have you thought about doing anything to the drive way, like asphalt etc
Yes definitely
Did you put an exhaust fan in the bathroom?
Yes the light is also a fan
Don't think I met anyone that takes hearing protection so serious
Probably also why I'm hard of hearing at 40
Hahah I figure I'm already deaf enough 😂😂
