It's still enjoyable watching your house and shop change. Been following for years now!
🤘🤘
It's always impressive when someone can make a tough task look almost easy.
Trust me it wasn't 😅😅
Awesome video as always Kordare. You always go above and beyond the standard.
Thank you 🙌
I’ve been watching you since high school. Your first ever vid I saw Was when you got the mustang. At 16yrs I wanted a mustang gt especially modified (turbo supercharge) Now I’m 24 with a 2020 10spd gt. And the odds of you popping back up on my recommendation on a whole different account is nuts. I even went and rewatched your 10min build of mustang did nothing but tear up man. Your vid inspired me to chase nothing but a GT mustang.
Thanks for checking back in and I'm glad I could help in any way! Good luck with your car 🤘🤘
Looking good man. Hanging drywall is O.K. It's laying up the mud I hate; it takes so long!
Completely agree!
Oh snap. I missed a lot. You have a kitchen now
Hahah slowly but surely getting it the way I want.
Looking really good sir and its nice listening too and watching someone who takes pride in their work
Thanks a lot🤘
Awesome job us usual
Thank you!
If you don’t mind me asking, what do you do as a profession to be able to afford building your own house and having all these cool projects? Only asking cause I wanna be able to have the financial freedom u have
I've been working as a mechanical engineer for 9 years now. But more importantly I was very careful with money and saved like crazy to afford to build the house. And of course now I also do all the work to create these videos which brings in a little income that helps pay for some of the projects. Obviously doing all this work myself vs paying someone else saves a bunch of money too.
Awesome
🙌🙌
Awesome build. Surprised you didn't insulate the wall cavities for sound absorption. I guess with a concrete floor it doesn't really matter.
Thanks! Yeah it wouldn't have been a bad idea but I just hate that it makes it much harder to run wires in the future if needed.
I was wondering the same thing (always worried auf noise in between rooms) - how does the concrete floor influence that??
Need a vent fan in the bathroom though
The light you see above the shower is also a fan. I show the install in the previous video
Continue your cabinets in a L and put your fridge on that new outer wall!
That's the plan!
Is the fridge gonna fit back where it was?
Yes it does 😅
will you be moving the fridge and going with an L-shape ?
nvm someone already asked that lol
Haha that's the eventual plan
No insulation (for sound deadening) on a bathrroom right next to the kitchen and living room?? Unreal how stupid people can be. Doesn't cost much and is super easy to install.
I prefer the ability to easily run wires in the future, but thanks 👍
@@Kordare "In the future, I want to run wires through a partition wall of a BATHROOM"
Lol you're pretty dense huh
Never know what you might wanna do in the future 🙌🙌
