Cavill discussed the musical film Little Red Riding Hood with co-star Joey Fatone on the set in 2003. In the movie, which was released straight to DVD in the United States in 2006, Cavill played the Hunter while the 'N Sync alum portrayed the Big Bad Wolf. Cavill also rocked long locks in the 2006 movie Tristan + Isolde and the 2007 fantasy film Stardust.
In his interview with E! News, Cavill said he agreed to star in Red Riding Hood because it was a "nice, light-hearted, relaxed, fun movie," which was different from the types of projects he'd worked on before. He also gave kudos to Fatone.

That's totally normal with aging, but also it doesn't necessarily mean he's any less jolly, or even less idealistic.
For me, I became more reserved in front of people as an adult due to becoming much more confident in who I am. I "grew into myself" if that makes sense.
When I was younger I was filled with anxiety of what people thought of me, and would attempt to over-exaggerate everything and attempt to be more outwardly expressive. But but now that I'm more confident in my introversion, I'm more of my raw self. Which makes me look much more reserved and less jolly by comparison, but I'm actually much happier than I ever was.
