I’ve never smoked, drank alcohol, used illicit drugs or drank coffee in my life. I grew up on a farm in the 1940s and learned how to eat natural food. I moved to California in 1955 and found fast foods came into existence like Swanson’s TV dinners were convenient after McDonalds hamburger. I did intense studying for about 10 years and found my body was degrading fast. I watched Jack LaLane in 1950s began studying exercise and nutrition. I found nutrition is number one because we cannot out exercise poor nutrition. Good sleep follows. So I don’t eat any foods with chemicals in them that would not be there from nature. Nuts, seeds, herbs, vegetables, fruit and blue fish are my diet. I exercise to move blood nutrients past all my 40 trillion cells. I do HIIT to keep my heart strong. I sleep 6 + hours per day. At my age I don’t have time to wait for double blind studies on human longevity, so I began studying molecular medicine 3 years ago to improve my knowledge on the cellular, molecular, atomic and subatomic levels. I find it is more complex than I ever imagined. With dementia setting in I’m doing everything I can to stop and reverse my aging. Rimon does excellent research and I feel he is genuinely trying to help people succeed. Keep helping us Rimon! You are appreciated.
You mention the barriers to sucess, but you don't mention the cost. For me it's the cost. It's either pay for housing, pay for food or pay for these tests. There just isn't any extra money to pay for these things. I do things to increase my longevity, and I think I am doing well, but I don't know for sure. At 70 with no wrinkles and plenty of muscle and no age spots, I feel I am doing ok, but no way to know for sure.
I'm turning 60 in a few months, my best pace score so far is .72 It seems the younger people are banging the better scores more easily. I'm thinking we should separate the ages into blocks. Epigenetics testing is fairly new and we are still unwrapping how to use the data.
I need to know more about all of this, but I have two questions now. Firstly, do you think we can trust Longo, as he is selling his version of the FMD (at a highly inflated price)? Also, you mentioned training every two weeks. Can you clarify this? Do you mean you resistance train each body part once every two weeks? Thank you.
eat less food, eat real food,(if you don't know what that is by now you are doomed),exercise.don't drink,smoke,drugs....drink water when you are thirsty.sleep and or just rest.don't stop learning.not so complicated at all.
I've done on average 4 times a week for 5 months. Soft at home, 1.5 ATA with mask (means I received 70% vs nasal connection). You can see my machine in the video.
@WellnessMessiah Interesting. I hear some say the soft ones are not as potent as the hardshell machines .. I didn't know by the way you were based in London. That's cool
High Intensity Health recently reviewed studies showing that fasting causes more muscle loss that previously thought. A1C is not a good test in many cases because people in very good shape often don’t cycle blood cells as fast as normal so test will give higher reading. We are programed at conception to live a set time as Genesis 6 states. As we age motor cells (control the firing of neurons) die and there is nothing that can be done about this. Proper sleep, exercise, diet and to a lesser extent supplements will only slow the process down a little.
Hi, I usually really find your videos useful and enjoy watching back but I’m not sure what this one does or how it helps. I prefer something that I can use or take realistically like supplements or food that are essential to take etc. what works etc. It’a not realistic to think that the average person can do all of this testing tbh. I feel like you’re moving away from your core audience. Not everyone can afford monetised subscriptions.
I hate to say it but Brian Johnson to me is the worst aspect of Narcissistic personality. Part of being alive is being outside of self. It is difficult to watch all the aspects of health and also the outreaching aspect of our lives. I so enjoy your videos.
Well, he does hire a lot of expert aides to reduce his own workload. He likely does very little house chores, has a cook, most of the intellectual work to analyse the data and optimise his protocols is done by scientists and doctors.
Interesting. The guy is spending his own money - since he knows that most of us won't ever have as much - and experimenting on his own body in a way that may well hurt him, in the hopes of being able to find a way to slow aging and pass that information on to all of us at no charge and with no risk to our bodies. It's fascinating that you look at that and see only pure narcissism.
He may be one but he’s not running for office. And his product are top notch as well. Just take the good and say thank you Brian for being the guinea pig
Cash grab at the end 😂 mate, all the info is available for free. Since you haven’t exactly lived to 150 yourself, nor have you done a Sanford Bennett type of age reversal transformation, I’d stick to the videos and not try to fleece.

Glad you mentioned God in this video, because that truly is the only true aspect to longevity. You and everyone else will live exactly as long as God has planned for you to live. So I'm sure some of you will be offended by this statement and then ask why I'm even watching this video if that is what I believe? Well I only have a body that God purchased with His death and resurrection. So God owns this body, so I feel obligated to do my best to take care of it. thus education is essential to do that, thus I watch and learn all I can from far smarter people than I !
Genesis 6:3 was speaking of how many years before God brought the flood upon the earth which would occur 120 years later. Genesis 6:3 has nothing to do with the longevity of man. The patriarchs of that day lived an average of 912 years excluding Enoch since he was translated at the age of 365 years. Noah himself lived 950 years.
@@PierreDybman Actually there is enough science to look at, if you are willing? It's all to do with atmospheric pressure before and after the flood and explains why HBOT works

Yes thats what Rimon is all about, maintaining and extending quality of life. If that also includes extended longevity that is a bonus.
Keep A1C low, intermittent fasting, hyperbaric oxygen.
HA1C is it.
Talks to fast.
On youtube, that is a silly statement to make. Use 'Settings', 'Playback Speed'

I set playback speed to 80%
