Am I the only who thinks about makenai is the perfect opening for the final season? I dunno if it's the music, but the vibes here are like "yeah, the final season is here".
I am so grateful that this show became a part of my life and wasn’t just an interest that came and went. I’ve gone back to it from time to time for the last 20 years and my appreciation for it grows each time i revisit it.
This is the best song in the whole Sailor Moon Franchise besides the outer senshi violin themes but one thing that pushes my buttons about this intro is that Sailor Galaxia is in a whole entire scene but there's no trace of the Sailor Animamates. Just give them some love. 💕
If you haven't seen the Toei version of Sailor Stars and you're a Sailor Moon fan then you're missing out. Man, do they put poor Usagi through the ringer in this final season. What a great way for this show to go out.

I love how the part where they are showing Galaxia is parallel to Sailormoon "posing" during the beginning of the Silver Moon Crystal Power Kiss. Foreshadowing indeed.

charlie cool yeah the outer senshi only appear at the beginning of the season in the Nehellenia Return arc (all canon), some fillers, and at the end of the Shadow Galactica arc (canon). If you haven't seen Sailor Stars, you need to watch it. It is on Viz Media for free. If you want to wait for the dub, wait another year. If you are nostalgia blinded and despise Viz Media dub, do not watch it. Lest we would have to put with dissidents and haters.

I'm not really sure what you're talking about. All the outer senshi are in Sailor Stars except for Saturn and Chibi-Usa in the Galaxia arc.
