Straight out o f the fridge., just a tad below the waster level , Cook eight minutes in a "1000 wat unit makes them perfect. THEN,! let set in room temp water till cool to the touch. Maybe slight ly warm . Then wipe dry with paper towel and place in original egg carton in door of fridge.
