I believe it was the holly tree fruit which is considered drupes. It can vary in flavor but is considered poisonous to toxic to humans.
I feel it was a #fig (#Genesis3) with the same scripture reading on Adam and Eve wearing fig leaves, but this is the first time I "read/heard" about it possibly being a #pomegranate. The bible has so many symbolisms and the "number 613" (number of laws and commandments) is even more likely! Thanks for sharing!

Hmmm thats not what the Bible says though. The Bible says that it was Jehovah put the tree of knowledge in the middle of the garden. And he told them not to eat from that specific tree. Adam and Eve could see that tree. It was a physical tree. Now where in the Bible is the name of Satan revealed. When Adam and Eve where expelled from the garden two cherubs where placed in the entrance so they couldn’t eat from the tree of live. That’s was another physical tree that was there.
The fruit wasn't an actual fruit like a mango, an orange, apple or a fig that someone could get from some tree. Neither was it sex (some still say so. Even I thought so once). Well the tree that Adam and Eve ate from was satan. Have you ever asked yourself what was wrong with any of these fruits that people assume were the ones God had forbidden and why do people still eat untill today. At that time Lucifer had misbehaved in heaven, so in order to protect Adam from Satan's lies, he was instructed not talk to lucifer coz God knew only evil would emerge after having a conversion with the devil. Adam was strong in faith and resfused to eat that fruit (talking to satan) for all that time unitil the woman ( eve ) was created. Adam being the man, had to control his woman and enforce God's commandment such that Eve would not eat from that tree. But eve's faith was weaker and the serpent was able to TRICK the woman into eating the forbidden fruit or more specifically (having a conversion with him.)
