Starting to feel like I needed this in this exact moment. Last woman I was with was drop dead gorgeous but a total pain in the ass. The embodiment of unnecessary drama. I felt a little guilty about cutting her loose today. But hearing this help me let that feeling go
Went to a gymnasium to ask about signing up for yoga and there were 2 cute girls inside. They both saw me as I was about to open the door and I got nervous. But then I told myself to calm down, all I’m doing is asking about their yoga seminars. This one girl and I were making eye contact for a while as we were talking, and I got nervous so I looked away for a few seconds. During those seconds I was able to maintain the energy of the conversation, while telling myself to let go. I felt myself letting go too! By the time I looked back, she was smiling. I could feel her energy welcoming mine in a bit more. This video really helped validate that experience, thank you Brian!
I’m so clogged when it comes to the energy stuff. Should I go see a reiki doctor? All of this is foreign to me. However I went ago a massage, and she didn’t speak English but I’m sure through energy we had a full blown conversation without using words but just me speaking through my body as she massaged me. Am I on to something orrrrr?
Yeah that's basically it. Words/language comes from the prefrontal cortex but the full picture of human interaction uses the whole brain and nervous system. "Energy" is just a word. You will need to avoid overthinking and simply develop more awareness of the physical sensations and emotions in your system. - Andrew, TFM Team
That's the problem I have, I have the fear of rejection, so I don't want to dis-qualify HER. The tension is too much. Can you demo the subcommunications of a women telling stuff you don't want so you show the disapproval etc I want to learn the subcommunications

Basically that means not competing with her to fill the feminine role in the relationship. It basically just feels like being more solid in your masculine and allowing her to play in her feminine. what a coincidence these rules with women I put together 3 weeks ago. But I don't manage to speak to women in my hometown. I was at your Experience Workshop in 2018, but I can't manage to talk to women. It always makes me very tired so I always try to let go. Women always look at me because I walk around with an open heart.
If it makes you tired that is apathy. That is a very heavy emotion and needs energy to break through it. Also, the willingness to feel the sadness that you have hidden away is an important step. - Andrew, TFM Team
