Hi! As a person with ADHD (and autism) I take a prescribed stimulant daily. According to the available peer reviewed research, this is the most effective treatment to improve my symptoms (specifically with my executive function) daily. People who don’t have ADHD and take these medications can suffer serious side effects, like psychosis, insomnia, anxiety, and more. However, people with ADHD, benefit from them. Please do not demonize the medication some of us have to take in order to do basic things that come naturally to a neurotypical person. It truly only increases that bias in society that someone like me is inherently bad by taking something necessary for my mental health and well being.

Great video's, man. I liked the honesty about the fact that this stuff is mostly just an end game strategy. It's like spending hours researching the best weight loss pill instead of just closing the laptop, throwing out the junk food, and going for a walk. Build the habits first, then worry about optimization, otherwise you're most likely just polishing a turd.

My favorite is still the basic old-school Piracetam. I can't speak to memory but for me it definitely feels like it opens up mental space inside, and does enhance faciltiy with language. Great for writing. I'm all out now though.

I have simplified opinion that best is to use omega3 with vitamins B some standards but going higher in to nootropics... is like meeh... DONT do it. You will be far better by doing jogging regularly, eating healthy with good sleep and ofcourse by using memory techniques.

Bro I love your teachings and so i'm thinking about buying your new memory book. I downloaded it online. It's good because it has kiddie pictures but it's pricing is a little steep. Come on bro who decides your book prices, why? Is it the publisher? Anyhow, I will buy it if I don't spend my money on candies and toothpastes.
