Hi Sir, actually am facing claim issue due to room rent category sir. Am eligible for twin share ac room but in this network hospital there is no option for twin share ac room so that I choosed non ac private room which is lowest one in this hospital. Insured value is 20000 and my room rent per day 1500 only. This is cashless treatment only. Corporate insurance sir

hi sir, if you are not satisfied with the claims approved then you can approach their grievance department within the insurance company and raise a complaint in writing. Then they will respond. if you are still not happy with the response from grievance department then you can approach the Ombudsman. every communication have it in writing.

iam sorry to hear your loss sir. ஆழ்ந்த இரங்கல். எல்ஐசி பதில் உங்களுக்கு சரியில்லை என்றால் நீங்கள் மேல்முறையீடு செய்யலாம். எல்லா தகவல்தொடர்புகளையும் எப்போதும் எழுத்துப்பூர்வமாகப் பெறுங்கள் (postal mail or e-mail). we need to appeal to the grievance department (குறைதீர்ப்புத் துறை). they will have a grievance department which has to be different from the claims team. குறைதீர்ப்புத் துறையின் பதில் நம்பத்தகுந்ததாக இல்லாவிட்டால், Insurance Ombudsman-ரிடம் மேல்முறையீடு செய்யலாம். Vanakkam sir, i think if your postal address is TN then u may hav to apply in TN. You can also check with your insurance company on this as well.

Yes sir. Kandipa. Neenga first insurance companyla eirukira Grievance departmentuku oru complaint pathivu panunga with all proof and ask why delay. Wait for 30 days for their reply. If no reply from them also then go to ombudsman.

Raise a complaint with Grievance department of ICICI or whichever insurance company. If they also do not respond then rsise complaint with ombudsman.

You need to check with the insurance company. Or from their website. Grievance dept is part of company. Ombudsman is part of Govt.

hi sir, sorry i am not sure. but why did the insurance company give approval in the first place ? may be you can check with an expert before going to the hearing. which all points you need to highlight in the hearing. Is this hearing in Insurance-Ombudsman ?

Hi madam, if you are trying to surrender your policy then you may check with your insurance company first on the amount that you may get. Also check in the policy about surrender clause. If you are not satisfied then you may raise a complaint with the greivance department of the insurance company and still if you are not happy then you may consider Ombudsman.

Yes madam you can definetely try with ombudsman. Nothing wrong. It is free only. So you may try. But have all the responses from the insurance company documented. Did you raise complaint with grievance department of the insurance company? Have all their response in writing. Because you may have to submit those to ombudsman as proof.

yes madam. but i think it is better to do it through post and get the acknowledgement which means they have received the post (for proof). so i would suggest do it both e-mail and postal mail.

Please follow the steps as in the video sir. First raise a complaint with the grievance department of the insurance company. And then still not satisfied then raise with insurance ombudsman
