Hello Eddie I’m pleased to say after watching your videos my basement is all done I don’t have a lot of experience with carpentry. I’m more mechanical inclined. After watching your videos I had confidence and got it done 👍🏻 This is for people who are tempted to start don’t be afraid. If I can suggest one tool you will absolutely love and need its laser Eddie suggested good luck to all 👍🏻
Awesome! Glad to hear you got it finished off and that the videos helped-out! Yes the Green Laser for laying out your wall lines is a priceless tool for sure! ~Eddie
Another former customer here. I bought your videos series nearly a decade ago and took on the project of finishing my 1,700 sq ft basement myself having never done anything like it before. It worked out beautifully, I saved thousands of dollars and enjoyed much of the work to boot. Thanks Eddie!
Eddie you have the best and most educational basement series on RUclips hands down. The nuts-and-bolts of how to size a bathroom is solid gold. So many bathrooms seem to just be randomly too large or too small. I do like idea of swapping shower head to opposite of the toilet, just to make access easier -- it's just a few additional feet of pex to make that happen :) Thanks for sharing your knowledge!
Thanks Eddie, love all your videos. Appreciate the effort in providing clear practical examples of how to build out your basement. Even though my basement is finished I still like watching your new content.
Hey Eddie, I've been following your channel for the past couple of years, as a person who loves finish basements I really enjoy your page I love your ideas & tutorials for those who want to do it themselves & is helpful for their homes with certain things they’re working on with their basements. I hope to see more videos soon! :)
Hi Eddie. I greatfully enjoy your basement videos. I am in the process of converting to a basement home. The question that I have is would I have to change any plumbing to add a clothes washer to the bathroom and kitchen plumbing?
Hey Eddie! Always great videos! I have a basement that I have messaged you about before, but haven't gotten to that project yet.....wife still has me on other stuff LOL....but our basement had a full bath rough in installed so I am kinda stuck with its placement. Also I only have a half basement so with my other plans, it won't be as out of the way as you recommend them but....my question is with a full bath rough in plumbed into all my existing plumbing, I won't need the sewage ejector, right? Just making sure. Thank you for all the great videos!

Eddie I love watching your framing and designing. Do you know anyone in the Danville Virginia area ?
What program are you using?
I love watching these videos because I only have a crawl space and can’t do anything with it. At least I can dream.
😄Nothing wrong with a little dreaming! 😀
Always love your videos. Thanks!
Thanks Derek! Appreciate your views brother.

Yes Jason you would need to add laundry, Btahroom and kitchen water lines and drain lines for each of these new areas. ~Eddie

No you will not need one P-Dawg.
@@BasementFinishingMan Thank you Eddie! Hope you are having a great weekend brother!
You are amazing and smart
I'd love to get my basement finished, but how would I go about financing a project like this?
Hello Ricardo! Home Equity Loan or Home Depot Revolving Commercial Card would be the 2 ways I would personally go if I didn't have the cash. ~Eddie
What software is you using
Chief Architect Home Designer Suite Pro….link to this software is In the description below the video. ~Eddie
Door from the spare room to the bathroom would be better served by a pocket door. Swing doors should open INTO the room they're entering into.
