I'm glad things are going so well for you....side note.....love love your property.....We have a glowforge now and we were looking at getting a 51, but we are changing our minds and going with a 24. We just aren"t getting any busier, so it's just not worth the added expense. If the 24 will cut 3/8" material, that's all we will need.

I am wondering how you learned all that you know about running the thunder laser? I have a muse hobby laser, but I am hoping to upgrade to a larger thunder laser one day. With muse I really had to search for information and learn from my own experience, which was hard as a beginner.
Gotta say, I’m shocked at how small the casters are on that beast!
I'm so glad your business is doing so well that the second laser was needed. How did you decide on the thunder vs boss? It looks like boss offers higher wattages and x-y speeds.
I wish super cold here was only in the 40’s lol it’s a little after 6am here in Michigan and 37 outside not to bad I’ll take it lol
It was cold for being 75 the day before! Gotta love SC lol
I assume that since you hard piped the exhaust, you haven't found a reason to move your laser out away from the wall...that is probably the only reason I would want a short run of flex hose.

Great video! I was wondering what air compressor you use and if you have any info on your air regulator/water separator that is mounted on the wall? I have a 160 gal air system with all the air treatment for my ShopSabre CNC router but it is in a separate building that is right next to the building where I just put in my Thunder Nova 63-130 (it was delivered last Friday and I got it in the building but have not had a chance yet to set it up). I may eventually try to figure out a way to get air to the "laser" building from the other building but for now, I think I will go with a smaller wheeled compressor in the laser building. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Hey Sallie, how often do you change the water in your chiller? Do you ever see it get dirty? Do you ever see it get "consumed"? I haven't found mine to dirty the water or consume it, but I am not doing a ton of volume yet.
What NAICS code do you use for your business? Do you have separate business entities for your apparel and woodcrafts?
