I know this is way after Christmas but just had to hop on to say we do the same thing with our kiddos for Christmas presents! We constantly have so many boxes in our office for our laser biz so the kids don't even think twice about it! Fist bump. Genius.
I did the same thing for our drivers and they really appreciated it.

It's funny I ordered about 24 cans of those spray paints yesterday and can't wait til they get here! Please come back and tell us your favorite colors, I had a hard time narrowing it down to just 24 lol

😂 maybe not as often but I’m sure we’ll see him doing some crazy things. Just not as dangerous I’m hoping. Just last week he was hanging from our roof doing Christmas lights hahaha. Got to love him.

Have you considered a commercial bun pan bakers rack for your shop? It will take your work surface vertical so you don’t have to put your items on the floor. They come in different widths. They are on Amazon. I saw one of your videos where you had the wood work all over the floor. I recently took a pottery class and they use them to place finished items. They are a space saver. I have missed seeing your videos because you are such an inspiration but now that you have concentrated on the laser items, I don’t feel the connection like before when you did various craft items. However, I have been inspired to buy a laser, probably an M1 laser cutter because my husband does woodworking. We tried various methods to engrave cutting boards that he makes and I think that’s the best way. Happy holidays and I look forward to a new year of crafting and seeing your videos.
Yes we have a plan to get a ton of the racks and make some things for saving space! I do understand how you feel, although If you look back at the last few videos I do try to still show a lot of different crafts! More of the different crafting things are coming in the new year. Business has just taken off, so I’ve just been sharing real time how things have been. Growth doesn’t come by staying doing the same thing always. That’s why I do so many different things-to cater to the wide range of crafters we have on the channel! Thanks for the support!

Oh my goodness I am so sorry to hear that! ❤ Yes we planned on having it separate from the house. This extra shop would only be for packaging and assembling the signs. @@SimplySallie These are super pigmented so you'll really need to put your can shaker contraption to work. LOL If you go 1-2 minutes, go another 1-2 minutes.
Hi, have you ever tried to heat press your logo on the base of the mugs? I know galaxy have a new mug press that does both the mug and the base but it's very expensive to buy just to have the base plate. Hope this makes sense 🤔
What kind of boxes do you get for shipping products and where? Are you using a primer or a paint when you paint your wood white/Which kind? Yes please make a video of the color chart. Where are you buying the MTN 94 paint from?

This was fun to follow along. I feel like I'm ready to step up the game for my esty shop. Watching these videos are helpful. I do really want to know where you get your cardboard from. LOL. Right now I just have a Glowforge. But I have access to a 65w epilog. with a 30" bed. But I've been sticking to things that will fit in my glowforge for my etsy shop. I've been upcycling lots of cardboard and I've about ran out of my stash. I only use the parts of upcycled boxes that have no printing on them or damage from removed tape. I'd love to see a more slowed down version of how you do the cardboard packaging. I'll check out your channel to see if maybe you already have one.
And i'm laughing at your lunch and dinner choices. Last week I was super busy and made hotdogs in the air fryer, toasted the buns and had mac n cheese. My husband was not a fan. He wanted veggies and no carbs. LOL. Thanks for sharing that with us.
I get it from packaging price! We had an issue the first time we ordered, but the second time went smoothly so that is what we will use unless something goes wrong again. They are much cheaper than uline. The packaging has been a lot of trial and error until we had no damage! It just takes practice! I will make an updated video on the packaging one of these days!
haha yes he is on a health journey and I definitely am proud of him, but i'm totally not at his level yet. I love my junk food 😂
@@SimplySallie your man has the cardboard part down! I'd LOVE to see a video of that in slow motion/with explanation. This is where I really struggle. Cardboard, thickness, how many layers, cutting, scoring, bending, etc.

Love these types of videos! Would love to see the making of the color chart as well please! So many questions! How did you know what shipping labels go with what package of you are printing them off after they are covered up? What made you decide to try a new paint and what about the coverage is different than Rustoleum? Why do you not tie the tops of the twine when stringing the ornaments? How do you line up the letters so well when you aren’t scoring for placement? I will shut up now. 😂
Thank you Renee! Jon writes the name on each box so I just stick the label on after they are done! I just wanted the color variety and the fact that I can just reorder them online. The coverage is supposed to be better to where you use less paint. They are honestly not much different on pricing either. I leave the twine open so the customer can adjust to the height of their choosing! Honestly, the lining up thing is just from practice and being able to eyeball to the center. I definitely score the hard to line up fonts though! You may not be able to see it from the video but I always score those standard fonts to make sure they are centered. Hope this helps 💕

I don't know if anyone has ask you what you use to put in your inventory in the computer is there a specific way you do it 🤔 I know some people use BoxHero to put in everything in there do you do that too for you're business?
I pretty much have everything stored on my computer! I used to use a hard drive but it corrupted and lost so much so I need to find something better!

Where do you get your cardboard sheets from?
I thought it was funny watching the dog in the back ground, he was "napping" on the couch. Seeing it in fast speed was funny.
What glue are you using to attach the wood pieces? I cant find one I really like other than the star bond but would like another option.

I currently use loctite professional super glue but I would love to try a few more. That is just my favorite that you can purchase locally at stores!

Thank you Lisa! It is called "powered scissors" but they do not make those anymore. There are some on amazon (amzn.to/3uBU0Cn) that are very similar and i've heard they are really good! I do not have a pricing video, but I do plan on making a video on that soon!

Why dont you use 3m double stick tape?
I do use the 3M for small items sometimes! I just have a good rhythm going with the glue and it’s cheaper! But if letters are super small I do use the tape 😊
How do you know what box and what label go together? Did he mark the outside?
Yes he writes the name on the box and I’ll match the label to it 😊
Dude! You make bank? I got the skills to make this signs like this.... im just dumb with the selling part and the etsy side.
You got this, just takes lots of research and just getting out there and doing it!
Do you ever have any issues with your signs breaking during shipment?
Very very rarely! I've had maybe 2 signs break in the last 6 months. We just make sure to package very well to avoid that.

It can be up to $30 at the most but usually not that high!
