window regulator rebuild process for mini cooper 2002-2012 rear left or rear right convertible, you can buy our kit to rebuild it.
as you see its only takes 6 minutes to do it.
Kit worked great. Just a note, if the window is about half up or down, it makes it muck easier to remove from the car.

Received the replacement cables for both rear windows yesterday. Thanks to this video and PWS I was able to replace the cables and get my windows back to working condition with little cost.

Had trouble with using video for the right rear regulator. Everything was upside down and backward from the left video. Also the gear pulley winding direction did not match the original part. Got it to work by attaching the long cable to the top and short cable to the bottom. Also would never recommend using a screwdriver to pry in that plastic gear. Serious risk in damaging the plastic motor cogs. Put the bottom end of pulley in the motor gear hole a press is much better way to go. Kit worked fine but confusing video. Thank you !

so my pulley wheel broke....i did get a replacement pulley ans the new securing "nut"?...how do I get the old one off?

2005 Mini Convertible. No idea what the parts is called but there are three small nylon, slightly cupped, pieces that attach with one torx screw each on the motor side of the regulator and travel up/down on the slots as the glass raises and lowers. If you can figure out what part I asking about, do you sell those? Don't see 'em listed on your site.
Exactly what directions i needed. The roller snaps/CLICKs... IF IT DOES not click/snap IT'S upside down.
