  • In this video I show how to patina or change the color of copper for projects using only the heat of a propane torch.

    That is actually called flame painting. You can achieve a rainbow of colors with different temperature levels. I really like the red and blue.

    What’s thinner?

      A solvent used to dilute paint or epoxy products. I used acetone here because it dries very fast. Mineral spirits would work. It is commonly called paint thinner. This will remove any oil residue from the metal that would affect the end result
