Quick question unrelated to the weather aspect of the video: you used the recommended route option in ForeFlight to give you a route along airways. When it loaded the predetermined route into your flight plan it looks like it assigned the beginning segment on a closed airway. Is that the case? And if it is, is that still legal to fly?
Here’s a fun VOR procedure to do. The VOR-A at KPCD. IAF is a 7 DME arc. It is not a straight in approach. Only has a circle to land, and the hold is a DME point on the inbound radial. Check it out.
