As a 51yo I watch this as if I were still 20-something able and willing to do this. I’m extremely claustrophobic and my legs and hips are broken down but this is stuff I wish I could have done back then but am smart enough not to even try. Keep it up bother. 💪💪👍🏻
id love to do this too, im not a phobia of it, but it is possible to get trapped which is logical, if i did this as a hobby id have some pills on me to take thatll end it for me if im stuck for longer than 12 hours
That was an awesome cave adventure. It had me shivering a little. I always recall where and when the water went over the small of my back and hit the underside of my chin. We appreciate the way the wet crawls weed out the vandals and tagger losers, even at the side of the road. Incredible. Most, if not all before you left that cave so it seemed like a first time discovery for you. I would definitely be checking and rechecking the rain forecast before entering that storm sewer. You two work well together, always positive, pushing each other gently and considerately, laughing and exclaiming all the way. It's no fun if no one is laughing. Thanks a million from a salty old wet caver from the 60's and 70's.
When we lived in the Carolinas we used to walk 10 miles a day on long stretches of highway and desolate contey roads collecting scrap and picking up trash. It was fulfilling in so many ways! We got fresh air and excersise, collected large amounts of scrap each day, cleaned up the beautiful landscape, found antiques dumped long ago and we saw amazing things in nature that noone ever saw...like this cave...❤❤️🥰
You guys set off my claustraphopia big-time, bit I just cant stop watching. Im a large man so ive gotten myself into some predicaments at times so i stopped caving. Thanks for the adventure. 💖
Most or better nearly all caves are mapped and also have some exit signs in there. The guys don't just drive by and say hey there is a cave we just found. 😁 GPS won't work underground, because of loss of satellite signal. If you're really down there to explore with a group, you have an intercom system with a telephone line to the surface. 😁
@@CRAVTBOARD Actually, a lot of caving trips begin just as you say they don't. Usually its hiking, not driving. But going into a cave unknown to you, one you just happen across, is how a lot of cave trips begin. Like you say, most caves have already been explored, unless you are in a very remote area. But leaving permanent exit signs is frowned upon. You rely on your memory to find your way out. The cave in this video is not especially complex. Water flow is one sign of direction and there are notable landmarks, like the 2 waterfalls. It helps if you pause and look backwards periodically to imprint their appearance in your mind. Setting up cairns, then knocking them down on your way out is controversial for some reason. They are not permanent and don't deface the cave.
Groping your way through the secret galleries of subterranean Earth to discover hidden places that no one has ever seen before! What thrilling lives you guys get to live! I often dreamed of adventures like this, having only descended into a wild cave once in my life! Your videos bring back that intoxicating urge to see what lies beyond in the darkness unknown!
I take my hat off to you too I could hardly breathe there when you guys hit a dead end. So happy you two made it out! Life is so precious live it don't put yourselves in harm way like that. Camera guy you were starting to breathe really hard towards the deadend in that cave it's a miracle you made it out alive. I wouldn't go explore anymore caves if I were you.
I say it every video. You boys are crazy. Lol. I would not have been able to go under that low belly crawl with water. I do wonder if you made enough turns to end up going underneath the road. That would be crazy if you're just under the road and cars are driving above you and not even knowing there's two crazy people under them in a cave. What a cool place. Thanks for sharing your adventures. It's always fun to watch.
@@tag_caver where is this? This is amazing. I'm not in good health for this currently, but not giving up on recovering, and having some more adventures. I would be so scared of getting lost, but it still looks like a lot of fun.
Such beautiful formations and water. This is indeed better than Disney for me. 6:25 and I'm feeling the ceiling pressing down in this cave. 1966 the year I was born. Now I feel old. 13:07 makes my knees ache in sympathy. WHOA beautiful geode there.
I really enjoyed this journey. And I admit I am fascinated and envious of the strength and confidence you guys show in exploring such places as this cave. How would you have gotten out if your batteries on your lights die or malfunction? Such a cave must be pitch black without your lights. Great job and thanks for sharing! You guys rock!!!
Thank you dear friends , you are going so far to show all over the world Almighty God's Creation... it's so beautiful and wonderful. Praise God. May the Lord bless you and give you his strength to show us more beautiful things on this earth. God bless you
I love spelunking! It gets really challenging when you have to swim underwater through cave passages hunting for air pockets or small, large or huge breaks in the rock ceiling to find new gigantic rooms with utterly amazing structures words can barely describe. We didn't have high tech, high output, low energy consumption LED lights either.
I don't think I'd be able to resist taking some interesting rocks or fossils out of these caves. I'm no geologist but some of them looked like quartz or marble, love the geodes too. Fascinating stuff, I'd spend way too much time with the rocks lol
in the time from of 0800 to 0815 as you guys were crawling up the rock i had a split second shock because I swore I thought your light caught something move up ahead of you but then just a few seconds later I realized it was the shadow being cast of the lead climber due to the lite of the trailing climber.
