At the Ark? That’s where I saw him several times. I think I first heard him at their fundraiser folk festival at Hill auditorium. I’ve made it a priority to see him whenever he came to town. His music really hits home, and he clearly has the heart to back it up. ❤
his music has an honesty you can't find very often anymore, that's why it's so easy to relate to. i happened on i don't like half the folks i love about a year ago and have been a fan ever since. i've asked this same question myself (although not as eloquently as he does) a time or three over the years but most times i already knew the answer. one helluva songwriter/performer.
I found Paul thorn by his song it’s a great day to whoop somebody’s a** when he played it on bob and Tom show and he has become one of my new favorite artist. He has it all funny and serious songs it’s a great dynamic.
This song is one of my favorite songs in my personal playlist, because it really hits me at my core i can be sure that everyone can relate in some way to this beautiful song
He is so funny live. Very approachable. He actually comes into the crowd and hugs everyone. The two times I saw him he was signing auto and pics before and after the show.
I love this song!!! I'd also love to know the answer 10 months later and I still don't know what happened to us I mean when I look back I should have been the one who did this to us after all the hell I went through
I love this song, as I do everything of Paul's so far. I truly haven't found any song by him that I don't like. But Paul, why that comment in the beginning about someone following through with taking their own life? I enjoy your off-beat sense of humor, but this didn't fit with your usual positive outlook.
That comment... because if you're that arrogant and stupid to take this life for granted .........please go ahead.... And you know he doesn't mean it......and neither do I......... Trust me.... It gets better 😁. Love you!!!!
Paul is one of our country's greatest poets. His songs express feelings better than anyone I know.
I saw him in Ann Arbor,MI late 90s.He was great. Awesome soul.

I just LOVE Paul Thorn! Never heard this song before.
Paul Thorn, Max Stalling & Bruce Robison together. 3 of my favorite songwriters!
Such a tear jerkin' song. One of the best I've ever heard.
Stop crying, trust me, the right one is out there!
This is a great country song. Great Lyrics, nice melody. Firmly established in the cannon of songs I wish I had written.
I love that idea! “Cannon of songs I wish I had written”

Pam Haringsma he also is a comedy song writer
Pam Haringsma I knew he was joking. If Trump said it, there would be dead bodies everywhere. That I can tell you.
