For those lucky enough to have secured an HLR15, take a look at Poka Premium's storage solutions! One of which can store 2x batteries and the polisher: www.cleanandshiny.co.uk/collections/poka-premium-mounts-for-rupes-hlr15
Small detail: no red LED,but flashing blue when overheating/pushing and no two batteries getting charged at the same time. The one that is charged more will be charged as no. 1.
Thanks for watching! At 3:00 John talks about the lighting - the machine does flash red when you are overloading it - so the blue LED strip is dual-coloured essentially. This wasn't shown in the video as it was merely a brief demo. A dual-charger is included and, when spare batteries are available from Rupes, you'll be able to have two (or more) fully charged batteries and swap one out. Part of planning your day would be to pre-charge batteries if you have a busy schedule. Hope this helps 👍🏻
There are Rupes distributors in different areas of the world. So, when you order in your country, the battery charger will be compatible with the local input voltage. Hope this helps!
Here's a link to the Australian distributor, hopefully they'll have an update for you on availability: distributor.rupes.com/distributor/portbid-pty-ltd-ta-gng-sales/
Have you really used it enough to truly enjoy the investment? I see too many reviews from people who are unboxing and have very little time with the machine
Yeah, we've used the HLR15 on 3 cars within the last month that have come in for paint correction and ceramic coating installation. The machine has been fantastic and complements the HLR75 and Nano iBrid really well - so Rupes' full battery powered polisher lineup.
@@cleanandshinyuk I’m a detailer in Los Angeles and I also have the LHR75 and just bought both the HLR15 & 21. Before I open them and can return them I just want to know if they are are the next best thing…Like the Cyber truck, so much hype but is it really the best truck in the market…
@@Danny-xj5ts 'Best' means different things to different people, however if you've ordered both machines it appears you've identified the need for two battery polishers. We think you'll love them based on our experience. If you're unsure now you've made the investment, perhaps try and demo one if you've not done so already. Hope this helps 👍🏻
We can't comment on the supply chain going into the US market as we're based in the UK. The best thing to do is reach out to who you pre-ordered with for an update. Hopefully you receive your HLR15 soon!
Thanks for watching! R&D costs money and Rupes has a great support network in the UK if something goes wrong. This is incredibly important for professional detailers as downtime isn't an option.

Thanks for sharing!!!! Awaiting delivery and I CANNOT WAIT!!!!!
Watching this and waiting for DHL to deliver mine today 👌
Thanks for the video looks great! Would be even better if it came in a storage case like the Flex?
I believe it will do hopefully in future iterations. This is what has happened with previous models.
I saw you in GDK the other week!
You should have said hello!
Amazing machine ❤
Be interesting to see a head 2 head video of this versus my Flex XFE which I absolutely love using!
That sounds like something we should shoot! If you are local to Aldershot we could get together, you bring your XFE and we will bring the HLR 👍
@@cleanandshinyukPlease do that comparison!!!
Oh my 😍
Awesome video!! Is this machine a DA with forced rotation or free-spinning?
This is a DA Free Spinning.
Nice hoodie 😁
Hi…. Are the battery charger bases input voltage universal? (110-220v)

Doesn’t seem available at Australia at the moment.

Been waiting in US for mine to ship. Originally said January 15th. Says March 8th now… Ordered in November

How are people receiving these already I'm in the US
We’re in the UK so we are not sure about the USA market and when machines are available there.
When you have a hyped up name you can charge an arm and a leg for a polisher…🥴🤷🏽♂️
