It’s amazing to me that he saw that play for the first time and immediately knew 1) where the ball was supposed to go, 2) who’s at fault, and 3) what caused the error. Yeah I know that’s the job of a QB, but the amount of study it takes to be THAT automatic is just unreal. It’s not a team he studied, not a QB he ever played with, and he’s several years out of the league, but the mindset and knowledge hasn’t aged one bit. I have a medical condition that prevents me from play contact sports, so I’ll never truly know the effort and dedication that goes into it, but I’ll forever be mesmerized by the outcome. Watching football has always been my escape, and guys like Cam are what make it what it is. Couldn’t be more grateful.

The interior line crashes hard inside and the tackle mistakenly chases him, but that allowed the edge rusher to go free. That's where everything went wrong. The 2 tackles should take both edges and the interior oline take the 3 interior d lineman. The db should've been the only guy murray needed to beat, but he had 5 onlinemen blocking 4 pass rushers.

As a result where do you expect the "hole" in coverage to be? : your hot is the receiver (in this case the rb) that's running into the hole. After snap first check is blitz side. If blitz then throw to hot into hole. If they fall back into coverage look to first read and then go through receiver progressions. One of the first reads you learn. (That's why Cam is calling football 101)

6 guys showing blitz vs 5 guys blocking. Presnap: Where is the overload i.e. the blitz coming from? As a result where do you expect the "hole" in coverage to be? : your hot is the receiver (in this case the rb) that's running into the hole.
After snap first check is blitz side. If blitz then throw to hot into hole. If they fall back into coverage look to first read and then go through receiver progressions. One of the first reads you learn. (That's why Cam is calling football 101)
