Bruh it’s been 2 weeks and I’m struggling. I’ll have a total of 2 non consecutive hours that I don’t think about her. 4 years is a long time to have someone in your life. We broke up for 8 months before and that was hard but this by far is torturous.

Yea I was in no contact for just over 2 months, I went straight into it after she dumped me and I didn’t beg or plead at all, I broke it via text message to coordinate shipping an item she left behind at my place to her. We started some playful banter and I invited her to a date and she agreed. The next day I tried to nail down a time and she was saying “maybe next week” “will have to see if schedule frees up next week” and was non committal. She selectively responded to some texts and not to others. Then the following week I hit her up again via text and we did more inside jokes and playful banter again. She was sending laughing emojis, lol and LMAO and all that. I tried to ask about her schedule again and she left me on delivered. That was 3 days ago, I’ve gone back into no contact. She was in a rebound shortly after she dumped me. So I assume she is still distracted by that. We were together for 1.5 years. It was interesting she has not blocked me or told me to stop contacting her, she also asked how my son was and said she missed him. She was like a step mom to him. I wonder if she will hit me up if I stay in no contact again. 2 months just seemed like the right time to break it, but I guess I shoulda left it for for ever.

My relationship with her was so good... but some things were lacking. She dumped me. She reached out after a week of NC. She asks how I am doing. I choose not to play games. I tell her that's been a week with ups and downs. Trying to change things. She said that she's happy for that, but it's a shame that I choose to change after the breakup. And she's right. If the time comes, the door to come back will be open. I know she misses me, but there are a few changes that need to be in the relationship that can't happen right now. I don't miss a relationship, I miss the relationship with her, and her. It's going to be a long time till we meet again. And even then, I'm not sure if we will be available. MY ex-girlfriend of 4 years broke up with me saying she got tired of looking out for me. and for two weeks now and I am in no contact with her and she keeps sending me message asking me to bring her remaining clothes to her house. What about in instances like mine where the guy discarded/ghosted out of nowhere after having a great dating experience for 3 months. I never chased him, i just went completely no contact and he reappears after 3 months with a cold message asking me to do something (unrelated to our relationship) as though he didn’t ghost me for several months with zero explanation? Just went from warm and caring, speaking and texting daily to NOTHING.

Do nothing. She’s bread crumbing you. ‘I miss you, can’t stop thinking about you’ is what you want to hear but she’s offering nothing of value. Show her it’s over and stop reaching out and responding until she gives you an offer you can’t refuse. Anything else is her keeping you as an orbiter.

Hey coach, what happens when you the one who broke up with your ex to scare her/him of something they losing?
Just my opinion, the best is to stay away forever. Forget them, forget their birthdays, their favorite food, their favorite movie. Hit the gym, exercise for your health and fitness. It took me one year to lose 25 pounds, but I am stronger, and my clothes feel better. I honestly feel my ex couldn't care less because she's a narcissist, but I feel much better because my body can do things much easier. I was at an animal rescue place over the weekend. I was able to lift and move bales of hay, fill up chicken feed containers and move huge dog shelter houses. My strength was complimented, and I was invited to go back. I plan to go back next week. It recently dawned on me that I now couldn't care less about my ex. She's no longer important. I am done losing sleep over her. It will be forever her loss. She lost a good husband.

Hey Coach, been following your videos for a while now. Ive followed NC and its been about 4 months now. He broke NC in June and since then ive received 3 messages in total , once every 3-4 weeks apart and our text messages are very short. Im of course, being indifferent with it as you say. However, deep down i want him to feel more fear of losing me, he did say he "didn't want to burn bridges" but i dont want to he a bridge... do you think i should send him some kind of "final text message" where i explain that i cant wait forever and i dont know how long he plans on figure things out for himself? You are at a point where he seems to be breadcrumbing. You can set a boundary and stop responding completely unless he says something more significant

@blacademic I'm not. 1st she calls me a week after to ask me if I sent her strawberries which I didn't. Than tells me shes dating her co worker mm ok. Than calls me 2 weeks after asking if I have been calling her block which I haven't. Btw in between I found her match.com profile. Than she starts watching my ig stories. Mind you we arent friends mine is public hers is private. Also in between she blocked me on WhatsApp Than unblock me Than blocked me again. Also block me on ig. Now this Tuesday she unblocks me on WhatsApp uploads a pic of her and the kids with a new guy with the 🥰 emoji under it. Obviously his face is blocked by one of the kids heads. She blocks me right away. Right after I see the pic she deletes it. So.. it's been 2.5 months and she still doing this and I haven't reached out not once.

@@johnnycalderon9951 sounds like an abrupt and confusing breakup followed by a lot of mind games to make you jealous and get you to fight for the relationship. communication sounds very poor in this former relationship. you both sound lost. if you cant identify and resolve the problems in the relationship, then both of you are not a match or ready for a relationship. maybe you both need time and space to grow.
Who's the one appearing needy? We're from the same neighborhood. I'll call him just to say, "Hey, dude. I'm at my aunt's house and thought about you." Next thing you know, he's coming over to pick me up. We laugh and carry on like we always did. He'd take me out to dinner and 'catch up' as he called it. In fact, I thought we'd turned into nice friends at that point, and after a few days would pass, I'd call to ask how his week was going. I'd say, "Hey, Cool Breeze! How's yo' week going?' only to find out that dude is, at that point, ghosting me for no reason because, hey, nobody's calling him all the time and he just picked ME up. Really? I've got another ex who broke up with me. He's even married but whenever I give him a call, like once or twice a year just to see if he's still alive, he picks up the phone at whatever time of day it is, and we talk for a good two hours. See, there's no need for the cruel behavior. In fact, I'm sure his wife knows all about me being dude's first love. It seems that there is a difference between being stable and unstable. Calling every now and then to say 'hey, kid. What's happenin'?" isn't being needy. It's being a human being saying to another human being that you've shared an experience with that you matter as a person on the planet. I think we are teaching eachother how to be socially inhumane.
I actually do not want my ex back. The way you talk and how beautiful you are got me listening to things that aren’t even applicable.
