Note: Many of you were wondering how does it gather so many stats, It's just not a simple weighing machine. If you noticed in the video it has 4 electrodes on which you stand and those send a very small current in your body (you don't notice it) and it uses advanced Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis from that to gather the other stats. Also when you add yourself to the Mi App it ask vital information about your height, age and gender.
I would not say all the stats are 100% correct, for that you would need several high end medical devices but many of the stats are close so that you have a general idea about the state of your body vitals and not just an idea about your weight.

I bought this product recently. I think it is a good product. You will atleast get to know your Body Fat percentage real accurately. It showed me a body fat of 26 percent while I was showing 25.5 in a an actual body fat test. The rest all the reading don't mean anything. BMI has been outdated and it is not used in other parts of the world apart from India. Because it doesn't account for people who are broader and muscular and they are shown as overweight. Anyways this also shows the bone weight as too less 3-5 kg. Bone weight is around 10 kgs for a person or 10-15 percent of the entire body weight. Since I am 85 kgs it has to be minimum 8.5 kgs.

Those four metals circle are the sensor. It called bioelectric impedance. Google it for details
