    I don't hate. I keep it real. This was a great video. Just letting all the viewers out there that there is no real "give away" from TG (in your own words, you say you NEVER give anything away because you had to earn everything YOURSELF). Just calling it out whenever so people know that it is a lottery, and in every lottery, the organizer makes money, e.g., the California State lottery. The cost of a ticket is a GG subcription, which you have to pay to get the details of the "giveaway."

    The sunken patio looks like one big trip hazard for children, older citizens, or if you've had a couple glasses of whatever. Then you fall and crack your head on solid concrete. Apparently this person doesn't have children, doesn't anticipate getting old, nor do they drink. I would actually say it diminished the resale value as well, the homeowner should have thought this through a little better. As far as the work, your crew did an awesome job.

    • @danielkofman4592

      You're overthinking it.

    • @thevenin2
      @thevenin2 7 месяцев назад

      I love T's work, don't get me wrong. Like I said, the homeowner and or designer made a mistake in projecting meaningful allocation of space. This looks more like a skate park than a back yard. If you're having a bbq celebrating something late into the night and someone trips because they've had too many drinks, look at all the 90 degree concrete angles ready to crack skulls. The home-owner would have been better of using rail-road ties for retaining walls. I have a loved one currently dying from falling down stairs. People, DO need to overthink these things. I am a father as well, I certainly would not let my 2 , 3, or 4 year old play out there unsupervised. @@danielkofman4592

      There are no children in this home.

    • @thevenin2
      @thevenin2 7 месяцев назад

      Well one thing is for certain, the people that live there are only going to get old. Then, the people that buy it afterward, probably will have children. The next homeowners will probably say 'what was this person thinking!' Imagine having a family birthday party/bbq in October when it gets dark early and there are kids running around at 6:30 P.M., and the adults have had two or three, or four. Just an accident waiting to happen. Would have been much better off with flat grass, a non sunken fire pit in the middle, and a plethora of trees around the perimeter. @@waterandearth

    Why on earth would someone spend $500k on landscaping for a house that's only worth $250k? I mean the property comes up nice when it's all finished but it's not like it makes it a 750k house, maybe like 500-600. So it's not a very good return on investment for the owner. I guess if your living in it, maybe it's worth something to you to be living in a nicer property, but in all honesty ima just come out and say it, I recon he's straight lying about $500k.
