If someone spent $200,000 on landscaping on that house they were not using their full brain
You could've added a second floor plus landscaping 🤷♂️
This is such a satisfying remodel. Very relaxing to watch. Most importantly, your delivery of how detailed your description of everything that was done is on point.
California cost of living is ridiculous.
Democrats. Why do you think people are moving from CA 😂
3 million plus voted republican here including me, we are fed up although it goes both ways im making a killing in my business here bc people have loads of $
Great job bro, I enjoyed the whole video. I really dig your blunt attitude about your business, keep up the good work
love your hard work and transparency
Another beauty man. You’re on the right track. Networking with big dogs is equivalent to your net worth. Almost more important then liquidity. I can see you doing large commercial resort projects in the future. That’s also my goal. 🙏🏻🙏🏻
First minutes are facts. I build pools in FL and deal with all northern clients. Good thing about my distributors is I have a distributor that’s nation wide. NPT Distributor or SCP Distributor. They design for me in house.
I been building pools here in Florida as well for the past almost 10yrs. I know what you mean. lol where abouts do you build pools in fl.?
You guys do amazing work.
The ability to listen and pay attention to details when someone speaks is very important. He made a very business savvy statement. “Make a decision do it fast that’s how it should be” process your thoughts clearly and it’ll save you from regrets.
What a really good job man what kind of material is the fence on the front thanks
Beautiful
Everything looks great
Dude I like ur stillo gave me a great idea with that spread sheet been doing it wrong for 3 years lol good stuff man
💪🐐
Great work as usual!
thanks 💪
Really nice job !!!
thanks :)
The vocabulary in this video was valuble. Thank you
thank you for watching
Same with me exactly how you said it with referrals
The day of the concrete pour you guys had like 10 plus guys, how come we don’t see that on your excel sheet for crew size and labor?
16% net profit after all overhead/expenses is exactly where you’re supposed to be at. What’s your target GP margin?
Hey T on the Job cost sheet I noticed the granite guys expense is not negative, is that a typo or is it supposed to be that way.
😭😭😭😭
What program do you use for sheets?
Tigran, you’re the real deal!!
Haters always gonna hate!!
Some people are just jealous of your success and can’t be happy for you because they are unhappy human beings period!! Keep it up! Great work as always
Appreciate u g
what's the stain color for fence?
That driveway would drive me insane
547$ per worker a day?! Haha
much lower they probably get 140-200 at most
What wood did you use for the fence projects?
link to where you purchased the wood
IPE
@@Treehandler where to buy it?
For that concrete use apple vinegar
Tickets are super affordable 😂😂
What is your Timelapse camera you use Tigran ?
GoPro
16 percent is pretty good
Killer job T
I live in cali. At first I was wth 200k but it’s not that bad after watching video
Stop exaggerating! Nobody’s gonna pay for that price it’s not even close to $20,000.
That's an interesting way to admit you know nothing about landscaping and don't have money at the same time...
Believe it or not, this is pretty possibly if the customer lives in the bay area (California) crazy!
🐐
I’m going to start doing pools
🥇
This poor man got ripped off baddd. But Kudos to you!
in some towns , you can buy this home for 200k
T be like 5-6k for sewer line… 35k for fence
Yo I gotta get on ur level
Whoever's running the mini excavator is running it backwards. Your supposed to dig towards the blade.
Also saves damage to your final drives.
Noted
That house is a straight shot from the street = bad luck
$1000 a day sure but he has multiple crews multiple jobs like this going at the same time. So more like 3,4, $5000 a day?
Wait $40k no pool ?
So 60k worth of product, not including labor. Leads to 200k spent by homeowner.
Okay I am in the wrong business lmao! Ridiculous..
Gardens worth more than the house 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
That house costs $2M :-)
@@TigranGertz overpriced shed 🤣
Are you going to buy a Cybertruck?
Guarantee you are not paying each employee $70 an hour
for 200 grand, id just buy another house elsewhere lol
First
Did you ever think about getting into real-estate I average 80,000 dollars a house so far I'm 24 rn but I started my masonry company when I was 16 mostly doing real-estate now
Fence workers make like $15-$30 an hour.
first
Woow 200k for landscape i prefare to buy a house for that price
This house is 2M
Lol who is the sucker that paid for this?
Are you grants little boyfriend?
Why do they want to do a 2 day pour ? Because they know what they are doing, you don't
Nah
your crew does not cost $68 an hour. that isnt how construction works.
Tell me how it works
@@TigranGertz the average construction worker in Northern California make $33 an hour.
@@TigranGertz construction workers on average don’t make anywhere near $105k a year. Not sure why yours do.
@@TigranGertz lol I don't think that guy was ever on a job site 😂I would assume he's not going to let you know how it works haha
$68 an hour would be cheap. His crew probably costs more like $150 an hour. Plus the overhead and pm.
Which would be normal.
