    First minutes are facts. I build pools in FL and deal with all northern clients. Good thing about my distributors is I have a distributor that’s nation wide. NPT Distributor or SCP Distributor. They design for me in house.

    The ability to listen and pay attention to details when someone speaks is very important. He made a very business savvy statement. “Make a decision do it fast that’s how it should be” process your thoughts clearly and it’ll save you from regrets.

    16% net profit after all overhead/expenses is exactly where you’re supposed to be at. What’s your target GP margin?

    Whoever's running the mini excavator is running it backwards. Your supposed to dig towards the blade.
    Also saves damage to your final drives.

      $68 an hour would be cheap. His crew probably costs more like $150 an hour. Plus the overhead and pm.
      Which would be normal.
