Inspiring!😊 I'm 186cm 85kg and almost at straddle planche Interesting what you said about dropping bench press and the lower importance of chest in planche. I do bench, OHP, weighted dips as accessories
im gonna be honest, go handstand press if youre really gonna put in the work. If i was you, i wouldnt touch planche, its gonna be impossible, and if anything go get your joints injured, thats the reality of it
I'm 186cm tall at 88kg 39 yrs old, able to front lever, reverse lever, handstand push up but can't planche. Been trying for 4 years. Still can't do it. Still trying though. Might get to be able to planche in my 40s.
@@luizalbertopersonal 175cm 90kg here, i want to get back into it i had full front lever for 10+ seconds when i weighted 70kg,cant do it anymore 😂 the idea of doing calisthenics again is defenitly interesting though

Good content.
You’re not too tall! I’m 193cm 99kg. Straddle is coming! Keep at it BIG guys! 👊🏽
Owoo amazing man. I'm 1.85 and 100.7kg and struggled in straddle. Starting a cutting to make a little easier with less weight.
@@luizalbertopersonal that’s awesome you have straddle. Keep going!

anything above 180 is a little bit tall for planche and front lever. But that just means you have work a little more harder
Update?
Jack, can you make an interview with leevan?
I want to see this too
Really interesting
hey man nice channel, can you do review for Baseblock's THE BIG BAR PRO?
He Means 184 Not 148 (1:12) 😂
Love from 🇮🇳
Dang it Im nrarly as tall as bim, didnt realize how serious of a disadvantage it is.
well i am also as tall as him, i think its a bit of overexauduration saying that hes super tall, where as in my country he is super average height
@@Shortcast_1 it's not super tall objectively, but in the advanced calisthenics field, it is pretty rare to be tall
148cm= 4foot 9 inches
He meant 184
Tall man doing the planche is harder than normal man ?

Im170 its tall?
Not really, the average adult man height is 1,77m and for under 30 it's 1,80m
depends on where you live and how old you are. most people would say its short for an adult male
