For those saying that the zoo could have used tranquilizers and then taken the child out of the enclosure, it was not an option. A tranquilizer dart takes about 10-12minutes to work, and the dizziness starts only after 5minutes. So, it would have taken about 10minutes more. Also, as sson as the dart is shot or even a loud sound is heard, the gorrila would go rampage as he will think his life is in danger. I mean that everyone would have the same reaction to being hunted down. --------------- The world has not been kind to the Harambe family. A few years before this incident, zoo keepers acidentally left some chlorine tablets near the enclosure, which then got wet and released poisonous fumes which filled the enclosure, killing all but Harambe. R.I.P Harambe Family Safety measures should be taken to prevent people from jumping in casually( a wire mesh fence instead of just a railing). And no chlorine near enclosures.

My puppy who is six months old was held in a puppy mill, he was born in march, he had to fight for food and barely ate anything, he was very skinny and dehydrated and scared, now he is thriving happier, and he has company of a older brother who is a springer. He could have died in there, he is a red coat cavalier, if you do t know they are a hard breed to adopt and mix, he has three brothers and my mom happens to know the people who adopted his brothers, now they can have a playdate together, he is very lucky to have survived a puppy mill that barely fed him and was alone
