I’m originally from Summerville sc and have been living in jacksonville fl since 2002. I think I’m ready to come back to sc and raise my daughter there. I’m a community association manager so I think I’d have to get a license in sc. I think Simpsonville would be a good fit for me
It sounds like you may need your PM license in SC. It's not too hard to get and there's a great school in Greenville that teaches it regularly. Wyatt Real Institutue. (You can also just take it online if you prefer). -I'd be happy to help you find a place in Simpsonville, when you're ready! :D
Hey! Great Questions, that's going to depend a lot on price range and what else you may need to be near. The neighborhoods I've reviewed on my channel are a great start! I've a new one coming about Holly Tree and Holly Trace next week. What type/price of home are you looking for and I'll list a few more off. :D
@@CODstreamz I think you're going to want to look around Simpsonville, Greer, Taylors. For 300k, you probably won't find move-in ready in the city center, but you'll still be able to find plenty of choices around the smaller cities. I'm seeing 290 homes listed between 280-310k. That's a lot of choices! If I could post a picture here, I'd show a map of them, but as far as I can tell, YT doesn't allow it.
@@HomesoftheUpstate we are a couple years out from being ready to actually move. We are planning on taking a vacation this year to explore the areas, just to get a feel for them.
Which areas in the upstate are safer to live in? I know all areas have crime, but some are really bad. Also if looking for a new job, which area would offer you a better opportunity?
Most of the Upstate is hiring! It's going to depend on the type of job and industry you're looking for when it comes to where to live close to your work. City-data.com is a great resource to view crime statistics and other statistics on an interactive map. It can even zoom into individual neighborhoods.

What are some good areas around Greenville that have great schools and neighborhoods for raising a family?

It’s overbuilt without the a proper infrastructure.
I guarantee these units are built subpar. What else would you expect from overseas investors?
