Mountain s3 is pretty underrated, the knock back on that skill is bonkers

8:00 A huge asterisk with Mountain S3 that you forgot to include is that it only has force level 1, which means it can only push enemies up to weight 3.
But because modern elite enemies in AK generally always have weight 4, you'll need a source of weight reduction (aka Angelina S3) to reduce their weight to 3 and make Mountain S3 actually work against them
Mountain my beloved, I actually started playing the game because of him and stayed because of how fun arknights is and how fun are it's characters, but Mountain still remains #1 for me

Holy damn, that use of Mountain's range reduction to stop attacking the falling block is so smart, real brain expansion moment
I love using mountain s3 against huge bosses like in stultiverra navis and the drgaon boss in invitation to wine, lane hold by pushing enemies away and dps-bursting at the same time. Its also very satisfying seeing those multiple big numbers

You can also activate/deactivate his skill 2 to alter his block count and mess with the chapter 10 turret there was some stages I utilized that to nuke some mobs on a different part of the map without having to redeploy any operators. Overall nice showcase from master kukki.
I started play Arknights when borrowing my friend's phone and look for the operator, then i saw him, i ask my friend how to get him, and of course from gacha. I download it and looked for every single video that predicted his banner or rate up would come, sadly i didn't get him from JO 6 banner which made me wait for 5 more months when Mountain finally on shop. Those waiting time is very worth, since i can prepare E2 lvl 90 M9 him immediately, and now HG literally put him in new beginner banner.
Most fanart, you got that right. I'm not ashamed to say he made me come try Arknights. Thanks for making a video to let me appreciate Mountain more. ☺
I say one of his weakness is currently not having an English VA. Surely he'll get one 6 months later with Rhine Lab update...

The fact the he doesn't need to be E2 to be used optimally also makes him really good for IS.

I've definitely done some fancy tricks with Mountain S2, but I still don't use his S3 enough. I even have mastery on it, but it never really comes to mind when I want melee burst DPS. Thanks for reminding me it exists.

Yep. Unfortunately though, Heidi can't do much else.
@@byeguyssry HP regeneration from her trait, DEF and MAX HP buff + increased HP regeneration from the skill that increases block count of units for one of the two skills, the other being ATK buff and block count decrease for units

Mountain is the reason I started playing arknights, started on his release in EN because he's my wife. Turns out the game has amazing art, story and gameplay so I've been playing since. Would wish for more furry wifes, maybe Wai fu's dad?
Well, there are some suggestions he might indeed become an operator. Luo Xiaohei's operator record at least seems to imply he is staying at Rhodes island by that point.
