I'm not arguing against customization, just saying that in this game it is not that appealing to me
It actually wouldn't make them more money. This isn't an FGO case where you can forget about low and medium spenders and just cater to whales. Having a more flexible currency and accessible skins makes you want to spend more money in the game because you're getting more bang for you buck. The only time you can afford locking skins behind a huge paywall is if your fan base is something like Nikkes where basically most players think with their groin and and most likely came into the game willing to dump money on attractive women.
@@ILovePlowingMedusa Fair point. I do think that they would make more money if they kept the current outfit model but made more paid outfit bundles more frequently though I wouldn't want to see that happen lol.
one of my biggest personal regrets was in the red cert shop, i ended up getting all the 4 stars early on just for the 30 green certs, then i got slapped with regret when i needed module data blocks and chip catalysts.

Yeah that's a very good point, planning out which operators to pull for in the future is a good idea! Especially if you can stick to it. Also thanks anman! 😄
Top Tip for new players, regarding E2’ing operators. E2 Myrtle FIRST! 1. She’s absolutely busted for what she gives you, basically a 6* in disguise 2. Her heal at E2 is game changing in low levels, and even some higher levels. (Earlier on, you use more Vanguards as your dmg dealers, so she heals them for nutty amounts for free) 3. She costs next to nothing to E2, compared to 5* and 6*’s. 4. E2’ing a champ gives you access to friend operators of that same Elite level, meaning an E2’d Myrtle lets you borrow champs from friends such as thorns, Chalter, Mudrock, Mountain, Goldenglow, etc. 5. Myrtle will be in your squad for 95% of the game or more, and is a top meta operator, so it’s not a waste to spend on her. Other tips for new players: 1. If you’re absolutely stuck at a level, use a friend’s operator to help you beat the level. You’ll get access to materials, base upgrades, game modes, etc, which will all help you upgrade faster. You can always go back later to beat it with your own operators for auto-deploy. 2. Build your core team, and invest in them. Kinda goes against the point about not investing in 6*s, but if for example, you have a Thorns, Eyja, or Goldenglow, don’t leave them at E1. They’re meh there. E2 them and they’ll carry you through a lot of content. Just don’t waste materials on 6*s out of that top core team. 3. Don’t max or min your champs. So don’t Max to lvl 90 until you have everyone E2’d and you’re a veteran player. BUT, don’t leave your units at lvl 1. It costs next to nothing to level them to lvl 30-40, and you get a ton of almost free stats for the first 30-40 lvls. It’s painful to see players using an E2, level 1 thorns. 🤦🏼♂️ Hope the above helps any new players starting the game out!
@@Purewater100Percent Elite 2, the promotion badge basically. He is recommending you to prioritize leveling her up because she is basically a really good DP generator.
For new players in particular, I think the 6* you get for free from the Newbie banner guarantee should be E2d, after you get Myrtle + DPS E2, and then after that Amiya E2. In my case my first was April, followed by Perfumer, Thorns, and Amiya. Most recently is Saria, but I dont plan to E2 any other tanks for a long time to come - and I admit, I do still need to invest in Myrtle but I have the bad habit of spreading myself far too thin, investing in dozens of Ops instead of 1-2 teams at most.
Started playing around a month ago and did fairly well on avoiding most of these mistakes (by sheer luck). The base was something I really liked in the beginning and I still check it multiple times a day, but can't really progress further right now because of missing resources. Recruitment was one of my main ways to get operators (I'm kinda short on tickets rn) and with the recent event which gave me daily free pulls, I saved much of my orundum and OP. That being said, it somewhat sucks that the Lone Trail event stages are really hard to clear for someone new to the game, and with my only 6* being suzuran (apart from silence alter, which I didn't upgrade), I had a hard struggle to even get to stage 9. Fun fact: I had both the Top & Senior Operator tags once, and didn't use them bcz I had no clue what they did at the time...
for f2p buy the live 2d for 28 to maximize the cost and forbuilding ops just stock up for mats for a scenario where u need an operator on whatever situation you are in
Along with the notes on Operators and building them: Definitely put in time and effort into atleast 2, MAYBE 3 Operators Per Branch (Vanguard, Guard, etc etc). You should atleast find yourself filling up to 10 squad slot out of 12: 2 Vanguard 2 Healer 2 Defender 1 Guard 1 Sniper 1 Caster 1 Fast-Redeploy (10) For me, I found myself using 10 Operators almost on every stage, and had about 6 that I rotated to fill in extra things like more sniper/caster/AoE caster/Centurion Guard/Lord Guard/etc. This REALLY helped me put in and farm for resources efficiently and progress the game smoothly. It was a mix of 3 and 4 stars to begin with, and after playing alot (level 72), I was surprised that I found myself only replaced all my 3 stars, but I still have my favorite 4 and 5 stars along for the ride to this day. I really only have four/five 6 stars that I use now, but still fall back on the 4/5 stars I used to use to help fill in certain damage type/etc. And yes, some stages still gave me trouble, but from here it was just learning to find what was the problem I had in a stage, find and level up operators to fill in that gap, and re-try the stage again. NEVER try and attempt things you see on youtube like, how you can have 3 or 4 Operators to steam-roll a stage. While it looks impressive, alot of them you can only do if you have that Operators, Maxed out in both Elite 2 Level, Potential, max Module AND skill mastery...And that is a stupid amount of resources and pulls you have to do to make it happen.
After I leveled my core ops I started leveling one per type of each branch to max level E1. This came in handy when I was following a guild for a stage that called for a splash sniper. I have never used one before but I had one already leveled that I could use. I tend to keep a lot of my ops at E1 max level and they are doing fine. The only ops on my account I will e2 by default are the 6 starts because it unlocks all their skills.
It is important in the beginning to also learn about the mechanics of the game itself. Aside from the obvious ones like haze environments, freeze and burn mechanics later on, you could split box enemies in order to stall and make a target from multiple operators like snipers and casters within their range, this little strategy is useful to maximize your operators damage to one enemy in order to kill them faster. Also, the common aim of the enemies are usually operators who are recently deployed (unless it's Mlynar because of his taunt), so it`s quite necessary to put the ranged operators first because they are squishy before putting defenders down in order for the enemies to focus on tough operators instead. Using fast redeploys like Gravel is important in the game( I lately knew it ever since I found guides in YT and they commonly use them), I never knew that before even months of playing. In events, I remember farming for easier stages back then with my e1 ops and just grab the lmd, exp and tier 3 materials to get resources faster to raise my ops back then. In banners, I try at least to get the guarantee 5* from 10 pulls below. I won't suggest it honestly, but that's how I gathered quite a number of operators I don't usually use. Aiming for your usually prefer is recommended. Overall, I could think of playing consistent in this game is the key to progress faster, as every gacha game do.
You are not guaranteed the rate up at 160. To elaborate, there two forms of pity now on standard banners (Non-limited banners), soft pity which increases the chance of a random 6* starting from 51st pull and hard pity which guarantees the NEXT 6* is a rate-up 6* after 150 pulls. Best case scenario, you get trigger hard pity on the 151st pull. Worst case? You got a non-rate-up 6* on the 150st pull and then require soft pity to trigger the hard pity. Soft pity on average triggers at around 60~70 pulls based on my experience, so you can expect 210~220 pulls to trigger the hard pity on the worst case scenario. Edit: Note that hard pity, unlike soft pity, only triggers ONCE per banner and DOES NOT carry over. Also the new Kernel Headhunting for Year 1 operators does not have hard pity
source on hard pirty triggering only once per banner?? there is a counter on the banners to show where you are on the pity and the number reset when you get the character, where it is said that you cant trigger hard pity multiple times on a single banner? genuinely asking
@@Justanotherrandomdude-iu1lo In the banner, click on "Details" located on the lower left hand corner and scroll to the very bottom Note that it states that mechanism will only take effect once in the current headhunting. However, I do not know if getting the rate-up before 150 pulls counts to it "taking effect". It likely does though.
@@randypc1 TY, it looks like you can only use focused selection one time per banner, but i don't think getting the rate up early counts as "taking effect", since the "focused selection points" just reset on the banner, i imagine when it does "take effect" these points should disappear, at least it would be more clear this way
Limited, focused, collaboration, and normal banners all have different pity’s. For example, in the past: 1. Collab would give you a guaranteed unit after 120 pulls. 2. A normal banner never had guarantee, but the soft pity would extend into other banners, so 50 pulls spread out over multiple normal banners would start the soft pity increase, but still a random 6*. 3. Limited banners have no carry over. If you do 50 pulls and stop, the next limited banner starts at 0 soft pity. So pay attention and read the details in each banner to find out how its pity works.
Made a go at the GA rerun banner. Made about 40 rolls(currently at 450-460 rolls). Got 2 6*s I already had. Consider it a mistake since I'm saving for the next few limited banners(LT, Adele and the next SUI banner) and I'm pretty sure those 40 rolls might have cost me my chance to spark the Adele banner.
Ooo where talking mistakes ok I’ll drop mine. The mistake I regrets the most is spending originium to fast track IS2 rewards. The 2nd mistake I regret the most is spending originium on sanity.
Biggest regrets was neglecting my base, the 400 enemy stages for the free loot, the op farm in base when i have downtime, and planing around characters i wanna pull
It depends on your priority, but always save up for the next upcoming limited banner regardless of how meta a banner release is. Unless you can afford to spark em in future, or if you don't care about them limited units
My biggest mistake is pressing skip button on every cutscene Seriously tho, i just don't know where's the new character are coming from. Now i'm just reading event-records
I will keep buying skins for ops I don’t have if I really like the skin and plan to use them. Since skins are always rotating I’d rather have it ready than get the character and waiting on skin rerun.
About building lower star operators, I second the fact that you have to do it. For one, they're cheaper to recruit during Integrated Strategy stages, and winning those stages gets you great rewards. And for another reason... Once you max out an operator, which is super easy for sub 3 star operators, you may unlock their Paradox Simulation stage, and completing it earns you 200 orundum
I've built way too many operators early on. Partially for E2 art reasons but mostly for the sake of E2ing. Only upside to this is I have way less decision making to do in regards to masteries/modules. Though if you saw my CN acc you'd probably flip out at the fact that I mostly build 6 stars on it. Some 5 stars but no 4 star above E1 60. 😅🤣
Oof. That means you’re missing out on an insane amount of base resources. I made a dedicated run to E1 or even E2’d my 4*s, since they’re cheap to raise, and for all the base buffs they give. Just google each one before raising, to find out if they give you a buff or not. (You can also see if they can improve when you select them in the base. Look for the ‘chevrons’ or double arrow lines beside their skill to see if it improves)
@@Joelsie1988 Yeah. At some point a few months back I went searching to see what are some easy E1's I could do on EN and CN. I should probably look into it again to see if anything has been updated. Ty for the advice. 👍
My biggest mistake was upgrading that Recruitment office building in the base cuz I thought it'd speed up the obtaining of tag refreshes, turns out it just gives you one more slot for recruitment wich gives almost no extra benefit. Now I'm forever stuck with an extra waste of energy I could've used to improve my 252 production line instead.
The only things I do here are the originium prime on orundum and the not pulling for limited- most outfits aren't appealing to me, and in the past when I was new I instead pulled 10 on each banner to get the guaranteed 5 star, now I do save up for what I want/need (and back then, despite not having Texas alter either, Yato alter wasn't one of my priorities)
I would have prioritized more 4 stars early on. Vanguard: Myrtle and Beanstalk are great vanguard that I still use to clear almost everything. Tanks: Gummy and Cuora are great tanks and I often will take them over most of the 5 stars. Medics: Perfumer and Sussurro and both very good healers, able to heal passively heal the whole field or overlock their healing immensely. Casters: Click is probably the best 4 star caster (her attack power looks low, but basically has a double strike drone that works out much better than a physical double strike). Supporters: I honestly don't really like any of the 4 star supporters. Deepcolor can be good, but certainly isn't going to be easy to newer players to use well. Specialists: Gravel, Ethan, and Jaye are all great. Ethan gives AoE damage and slow better than any 4 star supporter, and gravel and jaye are a fast redeploy tank and assassin are very good. Guards: Arene, Cutter, Utage are good. I really got a lot of use out of Arene. The other two are good, but less of my personal play style.
man, as veteran old player, back then running a full annihilation 1/2 takes 10mins 4-5x. annoying but we have to do it. and with limited operators we have to find ways to beat the map as fast as we can, set a timer so that we can re run it once finish.. also for new player, amiya is a good caster to invest
I do regret using OP on summons sometimes, but also I only buy skins for my truly favorites or skins that I really liked personally, mostly I'm fine with operator's default outfits(example might be bit controversial, but I prefer Mudrock's default outfit more than her skins cuz she looks more unique), tho there are cases where I go "man I don't use/have this operator, but the skin is so pretty, but idk" So yea probably gonna end up using OP on summons anyway lol
I love default E2 mudrock art but absolutely hate her default chibi with passion, that thing is just plain ugly to me. That's why I bought whatever skin that came along first after getting Mudmud (black dress with diamond shield) - now I don't have to stare at that chibi atrocity anymore whenever I use her. And in my personal opinion using real life equivalent currency for cosmetics is waaaaaaaay more a waste of resources than using it on pulls. Skins are just cosmetics that don't improve the account strength or gameplay, they don't unlock new functions, skills or mechanics... in best case they're just easy on the eyes. Therefore IMHO using OP on pulls is NOT a mistake. Getting skins is a luxury, not a requirement 🤷🏻♀️
So far as a new player (~2 months) my biggest mistake was spending yellow certs on HH tickets Ultimately it was a mistake I recovered from (got me a Surtr from the shop on the very last day) but said recovery process was _very_ stressful
i picked Pramanix from ticket after about 8 months of play, and she won me both Ya boss fight and Chinese Dragon boss fights, as well as various other stages never regretted it
She's one of the operators I started playing the game for She was the first guaranteed 5 star I pulled and I'm still incredibly that happened. Been playing for 3 years tho and still haven't used the 5 star ticket
My bigest mistake was deleting my old acc. thinking i won't get back to playing ut it was because i was addicted but got frustrated with the grind. Having to babysit your phone just playing by itself replaying the stages finally got to me
my biggest mistake was avoiding recruitment because I thought i couldnt get any 6 stars. I also wasted 200 expedited plans and 100+ recruitment vouchers once i figured out I could get 6 stars(i rerolled tags by starting and stopping recruitment with expedited plans)
my biggest regret was not getting surtr's summer skin bcs i didn’t had her but right after when the skin left the shop i got surtr- sweet year i had to wait
I stopped playing Arknights A LOT OF TIMES because I literally have skill issue, However, I returned to challenge myself yet again and now got addicted to it
The biggest mistake is not building Gummy! I'm just joking, although she's one of my favorites) What I mean by this - any new player should absolutely build 4* Operators to cover most of the niches. Gummy, Ethan, Gravel, Jaye, Podenco, Perfumer etc. are fantastically good and remain useful even when you have quite a few 5* and 6*! Having Shaw or Rope to push/pull some very problematic enemies trivializes some stages too. Buildin a 4* for each role (e.g. a healing tank, elemental medic, AoE medic, fast-redeploy, ambusher, pusher/puller) not only helps you progress through the game but also makes you appreciate its variety!
1:24 at this point of the game, Arknights have been giving out so many damn rewards and events back to back, farming resource and buying LMD in the event is actually more efficiency than using the base, i have been neglecting my base and only use it as a passive trust farm, dailies for nearly a year now, even the " friend clue trade" is nothing more of a hassle, base is something that Hypergryph have been neglected and has been outdated for quite a while now, it barely been update since the launch of the game it self
I rerolled for Ines, and I lucked out on getting Muelsyse on free roll, so all my originite is going to savings. :V (tempted to gacha to get some actual nice units for Mumu to clone though, but Amiya will just have to do for now. :v)
@@godo2712 252 layouts with levels on the office and reception exist. Max-right has both at level 3. Mine has reception room at level 3 and office level 1. The reason why office is not recommended to upgrade is because you can spend all your recruitment permits you get everyday by logging in twice a day and doing 2 recruitments each. As for dorms, there is not much benefit from upgraded dorms outside of doing 6-hour rotations on 243 and being able to leverage base skills like Archetto's, but there are still viable alternative base skills and it does not beat the extra factory you get by using 252.

I consider collabs in most gacha games a scam, so ignoring them is never a mistake in my eyes. My biggest mistake is probably ignoring the SSS mode, because I could be upgrading more units with modules and leveling them, but it just feels like too much effort to me without certain OP operators...
I use the game as a time waster so I pull on any banner every time I have enough and I really don't take it seriously. I don't read any dialogue. It is just vibes. Tbh, I recommend. Maybe I'm not playing it in the most optimal way but I'm having more fun than games that I've fully invested myself in 😂
Ye I change 1-2 times a day. The easiest for me is clear the dormitory and choose the new tired operators. Then I go to the stations where operators are missing... All in all in works pretty well :)
slight correction it is I think 150 pulls and then the next six star is innes it could take 200 ish pulls to actually get her. my biggest mistake as a veteran player was a recent one I scammed myself with the t3 orundum yes I did get the character I wanted I used I want to say a couple thousand green certs for like 3 pulls and now I can't buy out the shop and have to wait for recruitment to get me there. I repeat DO NOT buy t3 orundum it is a scam.
My biggest Mistake in Arknights: Stop playing the game for two years straight. Spending my OP to Pulls (Not Worth it if your F2P). Along with this Impulse Buying on the Skin of the Operator I didn't usually use. Follow up to the skin is neglecting Dilemma towards the original and getting use to the appearance of the skin. Leveling all operator from the start and not making any squad or strategy on playing. Using Sanity outside the current events which leads to missing some important materials. This mistake is simply a very hard take for me or anyone who does this. E2 the 6 star operator that doesn’t greatly benefit you. Not planning properly is accounts to this predicament another one for this is spending and upgrading modules to the operator who got less value and minimal improvement. (Knowing that this module chip is hard to collect.) And the materials needed is also as expensive as spending from E2 and Mastery of the operator Skills.
My biggest mistake is spending 68 op on yalter banner, wanted to get more pots(had p4), but failed and got nothing, now I regret, cause I want to buy 20+ skins through the next 6 months
huge mistake for new players is overlevelling your favorite operators. You E2 90 an operator and they will destroy the game. Episode 14 stages can't handle more than a few 6* operators in your squad. Only E2 90 bad operators like ch'en to inflate their numbers, strong operators E2 60 max. eventually you will have many 6*'s that you like but your roster is just way too strong and you will steamroll every stage. you have to balance the game yourself or you'll end up like one of those players complaining the game is too easy.
as a person who joined during Niam debut, all of these are painfully obvious to me, but idk, i like this guy and this is the first video of his ive watched.
my biggest one is probably... pulling for waifu over meta. now don't get me wrong its a mistake but one that I will happily make each and every damn time, but its a bit of a shame having a whole collection of absolutely broken characters sit there at level 1 because I had already invested too much on the waifu equivalent of their roles that I don't have more resources for these meta ones.
WHAT YOU MEAN SAVE YOUR SUMMONS TILL YOU HAVE ENOUGH FOR GUARANTEE WE NEED THE RUSH OF SEROTONIN FROM GETTING THAT SWEET SWEET GOLDEN FLAME POP UP AS YOU SLOWLY UNZIP THAT BAG FROM YOUR 1 MEASLY SUMMON WE PLAY GACHA FOR THIS AND THE WAIFUS/HUSBANDOS (And the story if it's good/well written)
Best advice i can give you a a new player. Don't summon on standard banner as F2P so you'll always have enough to summon in the limited banner every 3 months or so. You can farm a lot pulls as new player. Save up 300 pulls and spend it all once Skadi Alter or Ch'en Alter comes to the shop.
Im new and this Is so good to guide my play so i dont have to look at my f2p ass and cry, still I'm on the rerolling phase and i need some insight on what to look for on my rerolls, I've been looking for an account with limited cuz that's the only thing i see that's worth it, but i would apreciate if u all could recomend one of the banner or offbanner units to go for
Personally I would recommend using the free 10 pull until you get Muelsyse or any other limited unit if were talking about being "efficient". A lot of units in the game are good at low rarity's so you don't need to reroll to hard in my opinion.
Start building your 2 and 3 star operators. Less expensive and they provide a lot of value. You will be using them for a long time. Then you can move on to 4 stars and higher.
One question on the last point you stated. Is it true that pity does not get carried across different limited banners? Meaning if i spent 40 pulls on a limited banner and i didnt get that operator will my 40 pulls be wasted and start from 0 again on the next banner?
Hey just wanted to know what emulator do you use on pc for arknights? I used to use bluestacks a long time ago but since I got back into arknights I’ve been looking for a good emulator, reading all the text on a mobile screen is painful lol
What is the biggest mistake you have made in Arknights? (QUICK NOTE: Hard pity for Ines is not at 160)

Hope the above helps any new players starting the game out!
Would you kindly please tell me what E2 even means
Fun fact: I had both the Top & Senior Operator tags once, and didn't use them bcz I had no clue what they did at the time...
for f2p buy the live 2d for 28 to maximize the cost and forbuilding ops just stock up for mats for a scenario where u need an operator on whatever situation you are in
Along with the notes on Operators and building them:
Definitely put in time and effort into atleast 2, MAYBE 3 Operators Per Branch (Vanguard, Guard, etc etc).
You should atleast find yourself filling up to 10 squad slot out of 12:
2 Vanguard
2 Healer
2 Defender
1 Guard
1 Sniper
1 Caster
1 Fast-Redeploy
(10)
For me, I found myself using 10 Operators almost on every stage, and had about 6 that I rotated to fill in extra things like more sniper/caster/AoE caster/Centurion Guard/Lord Guard/etc.
I have started playing arknights 2weeks back and these videos of don't make these mistakes are a blessing
Welcome to Arknights! Glad my video helped 😄
@@Justanotherrandomdude-iu1lo In the banner, click on "Details" located on the lower left hand corner and scroll to the very bottom
Note that it states that mechanism will only take effect once in the current headhunting. However, I do not know if getting the rate-up before 150 pulls counts to it "taking effect". It likely does though.
190 pulls for me to get Ines. Yeah! Yeah….
For example, in the past:
So pay attention and read the details in each banner to find out how its pity works.
my biggest mistake is not upgrading more lower stars when I was started playing and straight up building six stars.
Leveling vigil isn’t a mistake, the way they made vigil’s kit is a mistake lmao
Made a go at the GA rerun banner. Made about 40 rolls(currently at 450-460 rolls). Got 2 6*s I already had. Consider it a mistake since I'm saving for the next few limited banners(LT, Adele and the next SUI banner) and I'm pretty sure those 40 rolls might have cost me my chance to spark the Adele banner.
Bought the weekly growth pack twice, it's terrible value. Always forgetting to use my filled sanity before 6 hour maintenance
My recent mistake are pulling Horn for 100 pulls(got pot Saileach and Stainles) and now i'm broke
Spending originite primes for skins is never worth it, but it really valuable spending thoses for dorm decoration, trust me.
Lmao, as a new player in the game. I got only 1 mistake (that is spending OP for pulls) but at least I got Ines in 70 pulls XD
i bought the hoshiguma skin 2 years before i even had her and i do not regret my decision
my mistake is not finishing the limited game mode until last minute, and pulling on non limited banners lol
It depends on your priority, but always save up for the next upcoming limited banner regardless of how meta a banner release is. Unless you can afford to spark em in future, or if you don't care about them limited units
My biggest mistake is pressing skip button on every cutscene
Seriously tho, i just don't know where's the new character are coming from. Now i'm just reading event-records
Worst mistake ive commited was pulling for someone after i already spent all of my orundum right before a limited (specifically ines)
i almost had a stroke when i see that 2446 originium stack...
3:51 I'm a new player and I got my Myrtle and got my fang and popukar to max potential through recruitment
Just started last month. Good video, trying very hard to only use originite only on skins and not pulls 😂
Oooh welcome to Arknights! Thanks for watching, honestly it always is difficult especially when new 🤣
I would have prioritized more 4 stars early on.
I do regret using OP on summons sometimes, but also I only buy skins for my truly favorites or skins that I really liked personally, mostly I'm fine with operator's default outfits(example might be bit controversial, but I prefer Mudrock's default outfit more than her skins cuz she looks more unique), tho there are cases where I go "man I don't use/have this operator, but the skin is so pretty, but idk"
So yea probably gonna end up using OP on summons anyway lol
Ngl mudrock’s skins are not very good. I look forward to getting a skin for her that she actually deserves.
@@acciogagalooI would really like a skin where she wears a full knight armor with helmet and all, that would've been so cool
Same (I wanna see Mudrock w/o helmet as a skin, she and her armor are so cool ✌️)
*real life money, of course. RUclips app doesn't let me edit comments.
So far as a new player (~2 months) my biggest mistake was spending yellow certs on HH tickets
Ultimately it was a mistake I recovered from (got me a Surtr from the shop on the very last day) but said recovery process was _very_ stressful
I'm trying my best to save up for hoederer... it'll be worth it.
I picked praminx in one of those 5* ticket 💀
i picked Pramanix from ticket after about 8 months of play, and she won me both Ya boss fight and Chinese Dragon boss fights, as well as various other stages
never regretted it
i did the same thing and don't regret
Pramanix actualy is not bad.
i hope what you meant is the 4 operator choice 5* ticket. If that so then its not a mistake, those 5* have an equal value pretty much
She's one of the operators I started playing the game for
She was the first guaranteed 5 star I pulled and I'm still incredibly that happened.
My only mistake was that i quit the game when W was released. Now im here Queenless 😢😢
I usually only pull for the free 5 star
I stopped playing Arknights A LOT OF TIMES because I literally have skill issue, However, I returned to challenge myself yet again and now got addicted to it
Oooh welcome back to Arknights then, I know how it is to have skill issue! xD
The biggest mistake is not building Gummy! I'm just joking, although she's one of my favorites)
What I mean by this - any new player should absolutely build 4* Operators to cover most of the niches.
My mistake is when I forget to use my sanity resource (?) in the end of the week, since it'll gone and yeah ....
I rerolled for Ines, and I lucked out on getting Muelsyse on free roll, so all my originite is going to savings. :V (tempted to gacha to get some actual nice units for Mumu to clone though, but Amiya will just have to do for now. :v)
Upgrading office, its making me can't use 2-5-2 base as optimal
i never add people who only have 2 characters in support section
your optimizers made your choice.
@@godo2712 office its for recruitment, receptionist its a one to make more support unit
@@TintaFiksi wait what?
If i remember, if you go 2 energy stations, you have to neglect office+reception+dormitories
@@godo2712 it have variants with lv3 receptionist and lv 1 office... With 2 of lv 2 on left side. And its have more effective afk resources then 2-4-3 by a lot. Especially if you have proviso it will boost even more cuz proviso work best with lv-2 TP
Maybe I'm not playing it in the most optimal way but I'm having more fun than games that I've fully invested myself in 😂
Your video reminded me that I forgot I purchased Dusk’s skin. 🙈
She’ll come home someday…
The single thing I don't like in the game is switching operators in the base. Every new update I hope they fully change the base.
Ye I change 1-2 times a day. The easiest for me is clear the dormitory and choose the new tired operators. Then I go to the stations where operators are missing...
All in all in works pretty well :)
@@anman1 I do the same, I just don't find it engaging, it's just a chore I have to do.

Biggest mistake ever was wishing on the phantom/surtr banner. Wasted tons of OP and didn’t get Sutr.
slight correction it is I think 150 pulls and then the next six star is innes it could take 200 ish pulls to actually get her. my biggest mistake as a veteran player was a recent one I scammed myself with the t3 orundum yes I did get the character I wanted I used I want to say a couple thousand green certs for like 3 pulls and now I can't buy out the shop and have to wait for recruitment to get me there. I repeat DO NOT buy t3 orundum it is a scam.
My biggest Mistake in Arknights:
Stop playing the game for two years straight.
Upgrading the right side in base is the biggest regret
My mistakes have names and they are called: Pallas, Phantom, Lava the Purgatory, Dorothy, Lin and Penance, waste of E2
yea but imo dorothy and lin are very fun to play (only really dorothy tho lol)
bro?
Me who skipped Stultifera Navis rerun because i didnt know there was a free character as a freshie
huge mistake for new players is overlevelling your favorite operators.
My big mistake is... ... I start from 50 to 316 originite, and cuz cant holding myself for pulling Kalsit so.... I only get Ines and Surtr.... 🙂
as a person who joined during Niam debut, all of these are painfully obvious to me, but idk, i like this guy and this is the first video of his ive watched.
My biggest mistake is not optimizing my base built to lazy mode for 3 years.
Ain't no way I skipped head straight into a "You know what's a mistake? not hitting that like button?~"
my biggest one is probably... pulling for waifu over meta. now don't get me wrong its a mistake but one that I will happily make each and every damn time, but its a bit of a shame having a whole collection of absolutely broken characters sit there at level 1 because I had already invested too much on the waifu equivalent of their roles that I don't have more resources for these meta ones.

Build the 3*s, build a few 4*s, skip 5*s then build your six stars.
new doctor?
One question on the last point you stated. Is it true that pity does not get carried across different limited banners? Meaning if i spent 40 pulls on a limited banner and i didnt get that operator will my 40 pulls be wasted and start from 0 again on the next banner?
Correct, pity doesn't carry over for any limited banners at this moment in time.
