Oven fried chicken is my favorite.. I place it skin side down or I spray it with Pam cooking spray just enough to moisten the flour. Crispy every time.. soooo good!

there's actually an italian version of the fish sauce and In the South of Italy is used a lot, also for the pasta sauce, and this is something many Italians ignore so when they get mad the joke is on them. In the south is also very common to use some kinds of cheese, like mozzarella, mixed to fish, specially cheap fish like sardines and anchovies.
It actually would be pretty easy to add veggies to any of those dishes. A dollar bag of frozen stir fry veggies or cabbage (very cheap) into the ramen soup or stir fry. Carrots, celery, and onion are all cheap into the chicken noodle soup. Some fresh corn (often like 3 ears of corn for a dollar) or a dollar bag of frozen green beans (saute in butter, add black pepper) with the oven-fried chicken.

You don't need a machine to make noodles. Knead by hands, flatten with a roller and cut with a knife. So easy.

there's actually an italian version of the fish sauce and In the South of Italy is used a lot, also for the pasta sauce, and this is something many Italians ignore so when they get mad the joke is on them. In the south is also very common to use some kinds of cheese, like mozzarella, mixed to fish, specially cheap fish like sardines and anchovies.

It actually would be pretty easy to add veggies to any of those dishes. A dollar bag of frozen stir fry veggies or cabbage (very cheap) into the ramen soup or stir fry. Carrots, celery, and onion are all cheap into the chicken noodle soup. Some fresh corn (often like 3 ears of corn for a dollar) or a dollar bag of frozen green beans (saute in butter, add black pepper) with the oven-fried chicken.
