I’ve been thinking about this a lot while watching his videos but QT has this ability to make you feel like anyone could cook anything. Especially when it comes to seasoning things, the way he just violently tosses all the ingredients in helps me not to take cooking too seriously. Mad Love
that’s how i cook too but yk the girlfriend gets mad at me for throwing the ingredients together “anyways” lol but yeah when i watched him years back he made me feel anyone can cook💯
Agreed. I work in a bakeshop and we're constantly being "watched." Chef on our ass all the time. Consistency and just part of the industry. But, sometimes I get to the point where the love is almost just taken away at work. QT's vids actually made me realize again that it's about the love of food and hospitality. That's why we keep cooking.
