Trust me Im not a hater I really meant it when I said this was my favorite band, I have clothing, accesories for me, my guitar, my car and a a few posters. But he cant scream and he will never be able to scream like that again
Daniel Fernandez Weird because he had a throat infection at the time while being extremely sick that year so he sounded worse than normal. He still can scream. Trust me, he can. More so that he doesn't want to do it that much anymore as they did decide even before Waking the Fallen that they wanted to move away from screaming. Even then, he is doing much more difficult shit with his voice than screaming. Listen to him perform Planets or Acid Rain live, when he reaches the loudest of his yells he is still having to push far more with his diaphragm than for a normal note, you can also hear the fry tone coming in. Reaching that balance is much harder than simply singing or screaming. Some call it Toned Screaming. But again, his voice is stronger than it has ever been and he can definitely scream still. Just chooses not to. Ramblings about vocal technique aside, I get what ya mean. To each their own in what they prefer to hear, as even I would like to hear what he can do if he wanted to really get back into screaming but sadly that won't happen 😢
