Grilled Chicken Ceasar Pasta Salad 🥗

GRILLED CHICKEN CAESAR PASTA SALAD! Sunday Salads, Episode 6: Bc the only thing better than a chicken Caesar salad is a chicken Caesar salad with pasta. For extra protein, I used chickpea pasta and my favorite Greek yogurt Caesar dressing.
This hearty pasta salad is perfect for a potluck, and I love it for super satisfying summer lunches. Caesar salad lovers, you MUST make this!

YOU’LL NEED
-8 ou pasta
-2 small chicken breasts, grilled and diced
-1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
-1 pint cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes, halved
-3/4 c croutons
-1/3 c freshly grated Parmesan cheese
-1 batch Homemade Caesar Dressing
Cook the pasta to al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water. Shake dry, then transfer to a big bowl and stir everything together. ENJOY!
