The dressing did not disappoint, although I did leave out the anchovies and Worcestershire sauce 😅 used mayo with added lime 🍋🟩 and squeezed in some fresh lime juice too. So yummy, thank YOU 🙏🏻

I like to leave the breast whole on the plate and I put dressing on top each serving but not in the lettuce bowl rather than mixing it all together. This way the lettuce stays crisp even the next day if theres leftovers and you can still add lettuce and dressing to each plate if they need more. I call it a deconstructed caesar salad to sound fancy.
I just finished watching the parmesan chicken sandwich and he said diet starts monday to which i said mann, we really do need some healthy recipes and this pops up next to watch 🤣 Great balance, ill have the sandwich AND a side of salad 🫣🤪
