      As soon as they disclaim citizenship they need to be held for processing in immigration jail. "I'm not a citizen, I'm a state national" "That's fine sir, can I see your passport please." "Oh, I see. Sir, you're under arrest for proffering a forged document, and immigration violations, step out of the vehicle right now."

    • @acuyra

    • @TylerChamb
      @TylerChamb 26 дней назад +1

      @@Abedeuss Who even cares? Commerce has nothing to do with it. You only have an implicitly protected constitutional right when, like all the explicit constitutional rights, (free speech, bearing arms, etc.) it constitutes through its expression some activity solely confined to the sphere of your own bodily and personal autonomy, your liberty. Hence we have a right to travel, because traveling is an abstract category that represents your personal liberty to decide where you want to live and where you want to go, vis. natural right establishes the fact that you can't be confined somewhere against your will. Driving, however, goes far beyond the sphere of your natural rights and personal autonomy, because it involves exposing other people to risk while you move hundreds of pounds of metal around them at high speed, using public infrastructure. So driving is not a direct and sole expression of personal autonomy: (unless you operate the vehicle only within the confines of your own property and nobody else is exposed to the risk element I specified; driving around in your yard and only within your yard- sure, you don't need a license for that) therefor driving is not an implicitly protected constitutional right, and therefor the 10th amendment gives all the states the legitimate authority and jurisdiction to decide their own laws pertaining to the activity in question, driving. It's if A then B so C level logic that does not require a course in the philosophy of constitutional law to understand.

He’s currently in jail serving 180 days for one of his “audits” of cop watching. @@gunner-qf9eh Jose Maria "Chilli" DeCastro.. how do I sum up this guy...
      He is a police (fr)auditor who has this crazy hatred for law enforcement possessing handcuffs. He films himself having confrontational encounters with police while they work. Berating them to bait them into unlawfully arresting him. He has crossed the line many times but most times he has gotten away with warnings. He is currently just over a month into a 6 month sentence in the Clark County Jail in Las Vegas. Lets just say his mouth shouldn't be writing checks in court.

    Pretty sure the Constitution was codified before the invention of the car. The fact that the Constitution does not specifically mention automobiles is proof that time-travel has never been possible and will never be possible. The Constitution allows you to travel BETWEEN MEMBER STATES without impediment. You still need a driving licence if the State tells you that you need one to 'travel' an automobile.
