Watching you, I thought it would be great to cut the angle on the block then match the new strip to that edge. I think it gives more control over the angles.

Good afternoon Rob, flower, i love seeing a new post from you and even watching it perhaps for a 2nd or 3rd time, ;D. That digital design tool for the phone makes some gorgeous looking quilt designs that could say you a lot of heartache when you make up your quilt, only to hate how it has turned out and it wasn't going to look like that in your mind, or you don't remember it going to turn out that wrong. Although i am one of those pain in the postieror sewers (as 1 quilt double size and a dollies pram and cradle set don't qualify me as a quilter yet) that like precise seams and cuts(the brain can't cope with anything other than straight), i do love the last design that your quirky tool came up with. The orange and purples theme is not one that i would have chosen, but it's amazing how it looks right when you see the blocks all put together.
Thank you Rob for bringing brightness and spring into our lives, you should be something that you can get on prescription to put a boost into us. Your happy, springy approach makes things fun and brings blue skies to some very dark days. Sending you hugs from Scotland flower, thank you
