Kabini is different river which orginates from Kerala wayanad. Kabini River Merges with Kauvery in Tirumukudulu Narisipur.
The illustration shows that from KRS dam water comes to Kabini, it's wrong.
First dam is not Kabini it is Harangi.. Kabini dam is built on Kapila river which comes from Kerala Kapila river joins Kaveri in the borders of Karnataka

Lol you don't even have any knowledge about rivers. Dam can be built only in hillside and cannot be built in plains like tamilnadu. Also the water which goes to sea is not waste. Every year particular amount of water should be left to sea. If we didn't do that then salinity in sea will increase leading to marine life damage. Plus mangrove in the delta will be dead.

It has been 60 over years after aindia got its independence from the colonial rulers. What have your TN state government done to conserve the precious water from Cauvery River. On the river flows route there are many uncultivable waste lands. Instead of filling the Ministers and MP pockets they should have set down and had a mega plan to store the over flow water. Could have built huge man made reserviour of 5 by 5 square miles the land excavated to a depth of 200 to 300 feet in depth. Divert the Cauvery water during the rainy seasons and stored it for use in the dry seasons. Instead now you begging for water from Karanataka state. Those guys making a monkey of you. You are at their mercy. Unwanted tension fueled by the state ministers to stir trouble and damage Tamil owned properties and the same now started in Tamil Nadu. Where is this going to end. Instead you guys fighting for political position and the ministers are not bothered about the public concern. Wake up before it is to late.
