Before opening up the Mac case, I often find a staple or piece of pencil lead, or other hardly detected piece of debris in the Magsafe port. That clears up 99% of my issues with not charging, lol! (Not sure of actual percentage, lol, but working on teacher macs for 15 years and have only come across my 2nd Mac that truly isn't charging.)
I have a MacBook Pro where the ac charge is giving a red light but laptop won’t come on. What should I do? My laptop just stopped working one day, and that was years ago.
Is there something that happens when using the charger for another device ? Bc that’s what I did bc it fit my massage tool but once I put it back in my Mac it stopped charging 🤔 any idea why this is?
Nice video. I have a MBP 2010 17 inch that won't charge the supposed brand new replacement battery and it just boot loops at the apple loading screen. Yet, if I unplug the batter and just run on pure magpowersupoky, it functions fine. The light on the mag charger connector does light up in both instances though. Any suggestions?
