PART 1: My Final Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) Defense: Implicit Bias in Healthcare Providers

Here it is! My FINAL Defense.
If you don't know, before you earn your DNP, you must defend your project. Meaning you need to essentially share your work and prove it's validity.
It is important to know that schools may do things differently. This is how my school did it. I am fortunate to have had so many people tune in. I truly felt all of the support. If you watched live... you already know what happened in the beginning haha.
