I am interested in taking a few of the courses you are offering through the Ditch the Bedside community--I too am a CRNA, went 1099 straight after graduating a year ago (first brick wall regarding lenders willing to fund w/o 2 years of 1099 income) and have a STRONG desire to diversify my income and shift into real estate (including airbnb). My questions are 1) is there an a la carte type of option that doesn't necessarily include the CRNA prep items and 2) does it sound like your course could be of benefit to someone in my specific situation?
