With the pastry cutter the dough is cut so fast while the kitchen scissors is a easy way to cut the dough too. The overripe bananas and the banana flavor will definitely take the taste of the chin chin to another level. The both methods are nicely made. This banana chin chin looks so crunchy and super yummy. You have to add the water gradually for chin chin, until you get a nice dough. The amount of water you use, depends on the humidity of where you live.
