Very cool, expanding into data engineering! Nash, you are going to be "a one-stop shop" pretty soon. My role model who is half my age in the data science game... super cool!!
Thanks a lot, and it's very much worth it to become a "Full-stack data scientist"
@@datanash8200 Super scary! I am halfway through Howard's MS-Applied Data Science & Analytics program. I started wanting to become a data analyst & I am becoming a social justice data scientist. Are you coming to Homecoming this year?
Great concise summary...I too am a data scientist who is doing mainly data analysis...lol.
such a useful skill to be able to do both!
your tech stack adds up to 120%! you might want to correct the numbers
121%!
Damn, a data scientist who can't count to 100, I've broken a record!
What do you mean by building models. I am a data analyst at a non profit and have been doing lots of visualizations. I want to build models to help the company.
Hi @shaunting335! IBM defines an AI model as a computer program that can recognize patterns or make decisions without human intervention. In the role of a data analyst, YOU are the program managing work responsibilities (kinda like) as interventions. As you learn more about modeling & algorithms, YOU begin to ask the questions for data analysts to compute & communicate via visualizations. Cheers!
Well explained. So you might build a model to forecast demand, or group customers into different archetype
Absolutely interested in seeing more of your day-to-day stuff, as much as you're willing to share.
My official job title is also Data Scientist, but I've been doing LLM stuff for the past year, so I haven't written a single SQL query since.
Man your role sounds so interesting man, wish I got to do a lot more pure LLM work
Hi i am graduated from math teachering, is it enough for having diploma? I asked this because if it is enough, i wanna learn from courses and do project and load yo githup. Is it possible is it logical?
Hi! Do you mean you were a maths teacher? If so you're in a great position and I would say yes, focus on coding and projects
@@datanash8200 yes I wanted to say it, that's great thank you so much. I will focus 😇
