Deadly Ice Fishing Heaters: Don't Become a Statistic

Every year, anglers die from carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning.
These tragedies are entirely avoidable:
NEVER use an outdoor heater inside a shelter of any kind, no matter how well vented.
ALWAYS ensure that your indoor heater has the ventilation it needs for proper combustion and plenty of fresh air flow
ALWAYS use heaters with tip-over shut off features, as well as oxygen/CO alarms
ALWAYS use a second CO alarm

Thanks, man, love to doze off on my cot during daytime. All are scary dangerous. Tiny wood stove with chimney is a wonderful option, but be ready to pay for that equipped shelter. Suited for fishing/camping scenarios
