North of the boarder my wife gets them on sale at Canadian Tire. I also use them in my permanent tower blinds on the floor. Fun video Jay! Whenever you want to do bass boat vs ice part two call me up lol.
Imagine if you will, Jay, Arron and Clay ice camping up north chasing monster Lakers with each filming their own camp... I'd be watching for sure.

turn on trails when hard water fishing with Panoptics. Use a pallet that has a deifferent color for the bottom and than the fish targets. You can then watch fish swim tight on the bottom. Use short trails in settings. Your welcome. GAME CHANGER,

Not sure if your subs know this, but I was camping last winter next to a friend. We both normally use Big Buddies, and carbon monoxide detectors (I use 2). Anyway, on the 2nd night, my friend switched to his Mr. Heater Buddy Flex. A bit after that, his wife wasn't feeling the best, this was towards the evening. To be safe he checked his detector, it registered 24ppm, the alarm goes off at 25.
Just thought you and your viewers should know the Flex does not burn as "clean" as the Buddy and Big Buddy.

I like to drill a hole one inch above breaking through I usually put my aquavu on top of it. And all the loose water will fill into the hole and will slowly freeze bottom up.
Yep when you are getting ice and it is pressure cracking it is scary but scarier is the sound of a snowmobile winding out it throttle in the dark and heading for you on the ice. Praying it not some drunk who cant see the shack on the ice.

I have the same cot for camping on the ice. A kylmit insulated sleeping pad, makes a huge difference!

This is my 2nd year living in MN after moving from SoCal and camping on the ice is one of my favorite thing's ever!! I'm by the cities so fishing isn't amazing but its still fun for me to be out on the ice.
Metro fishing is good if you know where to go..

Livescope is amazing! Could tell it was a burbot right after you hooked up by watching it’s tail on livescope as it fought. Could clearly see the eel like tail action. What a game changer, wish I could justify purchasing one.

I enjoy that you show everything in your video. Setup, gear, how much work it takes to ice fish, and the dead hours too. Ice fishing isn’t fast and furious all the time, but still always enjoyable being out there. Beats being at work, but for you - fishing is working! AWESOME

Even worse when you feel an ice crack running underneath where you stand. Happened yesterday too me when dawn was about to break and barely could see anything. Just about 180'd back to shore even though I knew there was over 8" of ice lol.

I love camping/fishing on the ice. I swear I sleep better. I’ve had ice cracks in the night literally throw me out of bed, you have that brief moment that it’s all over! I use my kids old play mats, so I probably have the most colorful hub on the ice! Another great video man, hoping for safe ice in New England soon!

Nice foam mat setup and nice fish! I was one of the first to start using those tiles a few years ago and all the haters on facebook said "they wont work they will absorb water and you will slip all over"
Now everybody has foam tiles in their shack 😄.

You think sleeping in a popup is sketchy, my shack for our big lake is about 2,000lbs. I sleep in that in about 140' of water my anxiety is always at all time highs 🙃 ! Talk about light sleeping. On another note those pads are gods gift I use them for my popup and my regular tent i typically do the entire floor especially under the cot.
Ever have those mats freeze to the ice? My buddy uses 4*8 rubber mats from our local cowboy k-mart. Stupid heavy, same principle.
Not yet! I'm sure if we turned the heater off for a long period of time and let it get real cold in there they would.

If someone is concerned about not using the cooker / heater at the same time, just bring a spare fuel cannister and use that for the cooker.
