Dude, you gotta get a dog! Especially for her! They are definitely a lot more work/responsibility than a cat but it’s most often TOTALLY worth it. I love ALL animals(even the ones I hunt, lol) but there is definitely a reason dogs have been named, “man’s best friend.” You’re blessed to have a woman like Sam. Hey Jay, thanks for the pre-season primers!! I can't get over how chill Judy and Rudy are, any of my cats going into a new environment like that would go loopy!! Edmund would find a place to hide and if he can't find one he'll build one! My Jake and your Rudy could be lost siblings only Jake's black as night but he's pretty chill. Izzy and Jellybean would literally tear the place apart trying to figure out an escape plan, you know just in case. The lot are the reason I can't have nice things, but I love them like they are my kids. Great video, can't wait till there is enough ice to hold us now (safely of course), in the mean time I hope You & Sam and the Cats take care and keep well.

Another epic video from my favorite fishing couple. I laughed so many times! 🤣 I prefer burbot over walleye all day every day. Such a sweet taste to it compared to the more bland walleye. Imo keep the burbs and throw back the walleye!

My German Shepard chills in my hub with me all winter long on the ice.. I bring his bed along to get him off the ice.. best fishing partner ever. Great content Jay.
Great video also when one hook is working always good to change the other rod to the same kind of hook so two of you can catch with the method that’s working at the moment. Always love fishing with the rod love the cats also 👍 Educational

I’ve had to keep my transducers under wraps because my cats, for whatever reason love chewing the wire. I’ve replaced it twice now. Looking forward to this year on the ice. Thanks
I've always been a cat person and we have three cats. Just got my first dog just over 6 months ago. The dog has come with us on all our camping adventures while the cats stayed at home. Dogs definitely need more attention than the cats. Put food out, water and a clean litter box and they're fine. The dog needs to taken out several times a day to be walked and for potty breaks.
