This is what is required to educate & motivate people in the right direction for good causes of the nation. While good developments are appreciated, bad evils should also be brought to the knowledge of common man. In this topic of public interest, the role being played by one of the leading public sector units of the country, ie, S B I appears very interesting & heart breaking.
The discussion is very fair & the realities should come to light irrespective of whichever person/political parties are involved. It should be an eye opener to the country to minimise social & political evils. Ethics, trust worthiness & justice are getting eroded by most of the politicians irrespective of the parties.
The next task for India's legal champions & true journalists would be to find out if the E-Bonds were booked in P&L of the donor companies? If not, then what IT Department, ED & PMLA would question donor companies & individuals about the money sources?

Please make rules(laws) as soon as INDIA and Alliance come to power in the upcoming election at the centre so that ED and CBI can be looked after properly in future. These ED and CBI are not above the law. But,unfortunately ,they consider themselves to be above the law. They do not have any respect for any law,elected leaders of any governments who are not in the ruling party at the centre. They need to be controlled as per law to be made by the new government if india alliance come to power at the centre.

Going to the court is burying the issue and fooling the people. If at all one wish to go to court then only leave the Chief Justice to select one case in respect of each party and try these cases and finish them in six months time.Whether the money involved one rupee or crores the guilt is same.If all cases are taken up without any time limit it will help in wasting tax payers money and enriching the lawyers with out any concrete results.
