"Justice delayed is justice denied". What is the use in banning the bonds after accumulating enough money by parties. We will never know who purchased the bonds. This is just like swis bank accounts, which are never disclosed to the public.
Modi promised to bring black money back from Swiss bank and distribute 15 lakhs to each citizen. Now BjP under Modi should distribute it to poor and needy if they are really true to his words
You know very little about the Swiss banks. They will always disclose the details to a court (under jurisdiction). Govt of India has rarely approached the Swiss courts. American citizens do not have any accounts in Swiss Banks numbered accounts (only numbered accounts are confidential except under a court order). US companies keep their money in tax havens where the tax is very low.

That should very much be possible. Now that the Supreme Court has judged the EB system to be unconstitutional, therefore the funds received through it are illegal. Illegally gotten wealth must be recovered.

A very good decision on Bonds declared illegal. The SC should be pleased to give further order so that the illegal bond money may not be misused on ensuing election.
All 6500 crores must be kept in reserve funds which will be under scrutiny under a all party committee members. The fund can be used only for the welfare of people such as education, health and sanitation issues.

The Supreme Court should ask the BJP, that the amount that BJP already has should be equally distributed amongst all the existing parties if not, use it for education, farmers, healthcare, roads etc etc and a detailed report handed over to the Supreme Court of its use.

During CJI Bobde's term, who was a known Government bootlicker, a petition to bring PM-Cares under CAG audit failed in SC in 2020 as a three-judge bench comprising of 2 judges from Gujarat. I think a petition should be filed to bring it under RTI and question the legality of it as it cannot be a private fund when Government resources were used promoting it and it being outside RTI means it is similar to Electoral Bond.
